Welcome travellers ! Welcome to my home ! This beautiful seafront property, is new on the market, with access to a comfy living area, comfy sofa and a super smart HD TV, you will definitely love your stay here.
Also included in the APT is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with colourful designs and peaceful textures. The bedrooms are also with a chic standard with colours throughout and massive and large bathrooms.
Did we mentioned the amazing outdoor terrace with harbour views ?
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax, with probably one of the nicest views on the Maltese island. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV.
Did we mentioned the private terrace with harbour view again?!
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, all of which with a double bed.
Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Pieta is a charming town located on the eastern coast of Malta, overlooking the stunning Marsamxett Harbor. The town is known for its picturesque marina, bustling streets, and friendly locals.

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
