The kitchen was fully equipped, and the unit was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. The bathroom was very old and the shower curtain had quite a bit of dirt on the bottom of the curtain. The other suggestion we would make is that the stairwell was very dark outside and quite steep for anyone that struggles with walking upstairs. The check-in process was excellent. It was quite a ways from the parking to the room.

Nice

Impressed with how well number of kitchen appliances, pots, pans and mixing/serving bowls there were. Nice to find in a rental property. Enjoyed the neighborhood and walking with our small dog to all the parks in the area. Nice to have the lake views and the birds etc. that visit there. Close to grocery stores, and restaurants. There are 23 steps, to the condo, so keep that in mind when renting. Could be difficult for older renters. The home was comfortable. Enjoyed our 6 weeks there.

This condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Bed are very comfortable, view was great and neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely book again. Oh and it’s pet friendly!

Our Stay at Vacasa was just what we were looking for. Enough room for our family of four to stretch out and relax after a busy day in Phoenix. The place was quiet and comfortable. Quite unique having a waterfront view. I enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio.

Property is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Condo was well stocked. Connection for TV service was not great but that is splitting hairs. Would definitely stay again.

Familt get together for graduation

My partner had a graduation at ASU and members from both my family and his family flew in for support. This stay was perfect for us and my grandparents. It was very comfortable and being able wake up and look at the water while sipping coffee was great. The only thing I wish was different about this place is having two bathrooms verse one, and have space for guest parking. Other than that, I would love to stay here again.

Tempe Gem!

This property was exactly as described. It was the most fully stocked property we have ever stayed at. The cleanliness was over the top. the location was easy to walk to many amenities. short 5 min walk to restaurants(Lido you can go for a pontoon boat ride of the lake) 10 min walk to the theater and several other restaurants. 10 min drive to Fry's grocery, target etc. We felt very safe in this community and walked home from restaurants in the dark. Just a lovely location. Only disappointment was the pool key and rec center pass were not in the kitchen(we didn't bother contacting owner but I'm sure it would have been a quick fix if we had) We had a bit of trouble checking in but owner responded in less than a minute and we were in. the rec center has a wonderful pool, a fitness center and beautiful green areas and water views. Tempe is a wonderful area, and the university area in excellent for a walk about and bar hopping. The Tempe Marketplace is a beautiful outdoor mall with huge movie theater and many restaurants and a beautiful walk along yet another phoenix lake!!!

Super comfortable and very clean. I would give a 5 star rating except for the bedroom patio furniture was falling apart and patio was very dirty; the toilet paper and paper towels were soooo thin and the bathroom sink needs to snaked and lastly I’m old school and want cable not streaming. Again I would give 5 stars if these defects are corrected. Bob Burns

Perfect place to stay in Tempe

Wonderful location close to everything but being on the lakes was so relaxing. Beautifully clean property with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the property rental company with easy check in and out process. Covered parking spot off the street. Additional amenities in the complex including a small pool and gym. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

Nice Place, Great Location, But Finer Details Not Up to Par

The condo was a beautiful rental with a large living room and kitchen area for gathering. The beds were very comfortable, the place had great views of the inland channel and access to local shops and restaurants was very easy. Issues which we experienced were : 1. The rental advertised pool access but the key in the lockbox did not provide pool access. Multiple calls were made to the property manager but the issue was never resolved 2. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. 3. The television in the living room only provided access to local, over-the-air channels Overall, the rental was very nice and enjoyable but the lack of pool access and lack of television channels beyond local, over-the-air-channels were issues related to our stay at this property.

Great getaway

Beautiful, perfect sized condo that was great for a workcation - had monitors on the desks and everything. Good location, close to everything you’d need. There was one minor hiccup (water turned off) but they fixed it within 2 hours after I called so I have no complaints. I would definitely go back.
