Super clean house. Excellent location — close to great golf courses. Huge hot tub. Beautiful patio. Host was very responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again.

JoAnn was very communicative and accommodating. She was quick to respond to my inquiries. The home is beautiful and was very comfortable for us. The kitchen equipment (appliances, dishes , glasses, flatware, cooking utensils and pans were all excellent. Beds and pillows were all very comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in very good order. Bathrooms are updated and top notch. TV’s in all bedrooms and are all modern LG with apps. Was able to logon to my Netflix, Prime and YoutubeTV accounts with no issues. Theo home has lots of space to spread out. We had 5 comfortably! We did not use the outside grill and jacuzzi due to the weather but they look clean and in great shape. 100% recommend this host and home!

Absolutely wonderful experience during our extended family visit during the Thanksgiving holiday! Beautiful property and very well maintained and well equipped. Could have used an extra roll of paper towels or napkins as we ran out and had to restock but not a huge issue.

The remote for the soundbar didn't work - not sure if the batteries were dead or not. We would have liked kleenex in the bathrooms. Maybe more instructions on how to operate appliances, lights, blinds, TVs would have been helpful. The house itself was very nice, good neighborhood. There was some noise at night - sounded like cars racing. The house wasn't located near places we could walk to.

When our first Vrbo had a water issue Joann came to the rescue. She worked with us to get us in that day and the house could not have been better. It was clean, ample enough for the 2 of us with big new tvs in every room and the beds and furniture were way above average for a rental. The best part was the nightly hot tub in the backyard. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful, a must for my vacation travels. Thanks again Joann and we will be looking you up on our next pass thru town.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our group of friends—spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals together, and the common areas gave us plenty of room to relax, laugh, and catch up. Beds were cozy, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. We truly felt at home and made great memories here. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Amazing Stay!!

Immaculately clean and had all the little touches that I always look for in VRBO's but never seem to find. So much thought and intention was put into this place! An up to date reverse osmosis (fresh on-demand filtered water), free and clear detergent, an empty pantry so your food has somewhere to go, light dimmers, big soaking tub, blackout blinds, the list goes on.... 10/10, would stay here again!!

Home was in a beautiful neighborhood, quiet, well kept up. House was very clean, which is always the first thing we look for, and it was extremely comfortable. JoAnn was helpful, kind and responsive. Very highly recommend this home, you won't be disappointed!!

Four guys stayed and played four rounds of golf at nearby courses. The house is in a fantastic location for golf and many nearby restaurants. The hot tub is a terrific way to relax after golf.

Great Scottsdale Retreat

This house checked all the boxes. It was clean, well equipped, all of the rooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and even a few pantry basics like s&p, coffee and sugar. The family room was very spacious. The couch was comfy and fit my family of five with room to spare. The bathrooms also had good quality body wash/shampoo/conditioner and plenty of clean towels AND washclothes. The only thing missing was dishwasher fluid/tablets but its possible it was unintentionally missed as we stayed during a busy time of year. One perk that was not part of the advertisement was there was a nice backyard space with lots of trees and local birds to enjoy with a morning cuppa. This was a pleasant surprise for us. Joanne was also very kind and accommodating and I am grateful for all of her help to make our stay go smoothly. I travel via VRBO often and this was one of my favorite experiences.

Great Location to the NE area of Scottsdale

The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept by all of the residents. The house is located about 1 mile from TPC Scottsdale. The access to the 101 and Kierland area was super easy. The house was in fantastic shape and super clean. We did reach out to the host and they were very responsive, resolving our issues quickly. Everything worked in the house too. The Internet was fast, the TVs worked, all of the kitchen appliances were in good shape, and the washer/dryer did what they were supposed to. The backyard has trees that shade the area and it was very pleasant to use in the afternoon/evening, but the hot tub was a savior after each day of golf. The garage was not available to park our vehicle, nor to store our clubs every night, but it wasn't that big of a deal to not have it. This is a great property and I hope it will be available for our next trip to AZ!

Golf Trip

The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our golf trip. Comfortable beds, large living area to relax in and large table for meals. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.We did not use the hot tub, but there was one available in the backyard. The host was very quick to respond when I messaged them. Would definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to AZ. 5 stars!!!

Comfortable house, great little neighborhood...........

We stayed at this property while we were in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area for a couple of medical appointments at Mayo Clinic plus a few days of golf. It was a very comfortable house in a small neighborhood that was convenient to all of our needs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped nicely. Had a small backyard with a hot tub which was nice to use after golf. JoAnn was great and answered any questions quickly. Would definitely return.
