Pet Friendly Close to Sloan Field

Great place to stay with dogs during spring training. Clean with lots of great games in the backyard. Nice tv and great air conditioning.

Great Location, good house

Four of us stayed here for a week and were very happy with the house and cleanliness. The location was great, close to shopping and freeways, very central to shopping, golf, etc. Backyard was good, it was very private and clean. All-in-all it was a good experience and we had no issues at all

Don't stay if you are allergic to cats!

This is a great house for Spring Training especially if you are a Cubs fan, as their field is close by. Nice back yard with lots of yard games. Beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the cleaning process between stays is really not good. There was a hair ball in the drain of the master bath. The fan in the master (the only bedroom fan) had not been cleaned in quite a while as it was covered in dust and hair. Then, after one day there, it was clearly obvious that there had been a cat there as my daughter and I experienced the symptoms of our cat dander allergy. There was a vacuum cleaner in the kitchen area full of long hair. Not sure why it was out in the open or why it had not been emptied. We had to leave a day early as it was so bad. Then, to top it all off, when I emptied the garbage cans (as instructed in the house rules) in the master bedroom, there was a used feminine napkin stuck to the top of the garbage can! When I informed my contact about this, I got nothing back.

Great stay, great property!

Had a flood in our house so my wife and I and our 3 doggies needed a place to stay for several days. Very nicely decorated, lots of turf outside for the dogs. Lots of games and activities on site, would be perfect for a younger family, and 5 minutes away from Mesa Riverview. Check in and out was easy and the host was easy to contact and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again if any other house problems arise. Type of place I would not mind coming home to after work every day. Thanks D for the great place to stay!!

Perfect for Baseball Fans!

We wanted a good price and a location walking distance to Sloan Park for the Savannah Bananas game with a backyard for activities. This spot definitely hit on those three! We enjoyed our stay but there were some little odd things, such as when we got there none of the restrooms had toilet paper and we found it in the kitchen pantry. In the hall bathroom the toilet seat is a good 3 inches too small for the toilet bowl which is...interesting. Also no tissues anywhere and if you're coming from out of state, that Arizona air will definitely require some tissues. The kitchen isn't hugely stocked if you are looking to cook while there, we just grilled so it wasn't much of a problem for us but couldn't find things such as cutting boards. Would also suggest some wine glasses! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Place!

Super house with a great yard and outdoor games and furniture. House was very clean and perfect for friends, family and dogs. Walking distance to Sloan Field and easy drive to Hohokam Stadium. Would stay again! Everything you need all in one place.

Excellent Location

The property met all of our needs. All essentials were provided for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the patio area was a great place to enjoy the sunsets! The location was centralized for all our hikes. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Disgustingly Dirty!

Arrived at the house at night. Two back sliding doors had been left unlocked and kitchen window was open. In the morning, we went to make coffee and realized that there were only two cups. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot and coffee was burned into the pot.Kitchen counters were dirty with food and hadn't been wiped down. The inside of refrigerator was also dirty. Place didn't look like it had been vacuumed and my bath towel was wet...not sure if someone had used it or it just didn't dry. Men's beard shavings were left all over the bathroom sink. Made me wonder if anyone actually changed the sheets or if we slept on dirty sheets too. Contacted the owner and asked for a refund on the cleaning and he said there was nothing he could do. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I would post pictures if I were able to.

Close to everything

This house has a fantastic backyard complete with outdoor games to play. Very pet friendly. My dogs loved exploring the big yard and huge patio. Excellent for indoor/outdoor living. Contact person was really helpful and answered texts promptly.

Great place

I sold my house locally and needed a place to stay until everything was finalized. I wanted something central to me with a cool backyard for my pup and this place was absolutely great. Comfortable house, well styled and just what I needed for the last few days in Arizona. Will rent again when I come to visit
