La maison est située au centre et joliment décorée. Il est à proximité des commerces et d'une grande variété de restaurants. Accès super facile à l'Interstate 10, ce qui fait à peu près n'importe où dans la région un court trajet en voiture. La maison est à seulement quelques minutes de la plupart des installations d'entraînement de printemps MLB, Westgate (State Farm Stadium & Gila River Arena) et ISM Raceway (NASCAR). La région métropolitaine de Phoenix abrite de nombreuses équipes sportives professionnelles et accueille également des tournois amateurs, des conventions, des expositions de voitures et des ventes aux enchères .... et bien plus encore. Il y a une abondance de sentiers de randonnée, terrains de golf, centres équestres, musées, galeries d'art ..... quelque chose pour tout le monde.

Vous profiterez de plus de 2 300 pieds carrés d'une maison à un étage. AUCUN ESCALIER. La maison a quatre (4) chambres de bonne taille et deux (2) salles de bain complètes. La maison est presque entièrement carrelée avec de belles tuiles de 18 pouces. WiFi haut débit sur la propriété.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour concocter vos friandises préférées.

Laveuse et sécheuse neuves. Toutes les serviettes et les draps fournis. Couvertures et oreillers supplémentaires à la propriété ainsi.
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour fournir tout ce que nous pouvons afin que nos clients n'aient vraiment qu'à apporter leurs vêtements et articles personnels.

La chambre principale offre un lit Cal King, un accès direct facile à la cour arrière et une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées et double vasques.

La chambre # 2 offre également un lit king size, 2 tables de nuit et une commode. Beaucoup d'espace et de rangement.

La chambre # 3 a un lit queen qui a été merveilleusement décoré. De belles tables de chevet et une commode assorties ornent cette pièce.

La chambre # 4 offre un confort avec un autre lit queen size et une belle table de chevet et une commode avec miroir.

TOUTES LES CHAMBRES ont de tout nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents de 55 pouces. Vous pourrez accéder à votre compte Netflix ou profiter de Directv, avec des chaînes premium, qui est fourni à la maison.

Le salon a deux (2) grands canapés confortables et une Smart TV Samsung de 70 pouces. Les portes françaises permettent d'accéder à l'oasis de l'arrière-cour.

Il y a un espace commun séparé qui a également un téléviseur intelligent Samsung de 70 pouces, une belle table de billard nouvellement feutrée, une Mme verticale Jeu d'arcade PAC Man avec douze (12) de vos jeux d'arcade old school préférés programmés et un canapé en cuir avec causeuse assortie. Le jeu d'arcade a Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, 1942, Frogger, Galaga et plus. Le jeu est configuré pour jouer GRATUITEMENT, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de ce rouleau de quarts!

La cour arrière est le véritable joyau de la maison offrant une belle piscine de galets et une île de barbecue intégrée avec des sièges et des parasols de terrasse. Adjacent à l'espace barbecue est un grand foyer avec banquette. L'éclairage de l'arrière-cour offre un endroit magnifique pour passer la soirée avec votre famille et vos amis .... faire des souvenirs et tirer le meilleur parti de votre expérience de vacances en Arizona.

We selected this property primarily for its close proximity to Goodyear Ballpark, but the long list of amenities absolutely swayed us to book it and we're so glad we did! The house is very comfortable and met or exceeded all of our needs. The host, Scott, was very responsive and helpful, and has made the house very "user-friendly." The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the pool was WONDERFUL! We thoroughly enjoyed our snowbirding adventure in Arizona in this house!

My spose and I stayed at Scott's home for the last month. House is gorgeous and much larger than photos show. Kitchen was very well stocked. Backyard/pool wwas amazing. Outdoor furniture could use a refresh. Scott was quick to respond to any questions. Would definstay again.

The best

This was the best trip and house for our family. I stayed here for my Masters Graduation ceremony. The house is fully equipped with every item you could imagine it’s beautiful, clean,spacious, quiet and the owner Scott was a great host. If I ever come back to this part of Arizona I’ll stay here again and again.

Our stay was perfect!! 4 bedrooms gave us the perfect amount of space. Also having the family room and living room to spread out was nice. The house was great - everything you could need was provided. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The arcade and pool table were also used by everyone that stayed there. Would highly recommend this house. The owner was very responsive and great to work with.

The property was well appointed for enjoyment of a vacation experience. It is close to golf courses, restaurants, spring training facilities, grocery and other needs/options. Having seven big flat screen TV's made it fun to host a Masters Golf watching party!!

Great property!

Be really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was very clean and well stocked. With all the items in the fridge we were able to buy some hamburger meat and buns and enjoyed cooking dinner outside on the grill that was provided. Billy enjoyed the Miss Pac-Man game! DirecTV was also greatly appreciated.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very spacious and clean. The private pool was nice to have and the billiard table was absolutely a joy to have. I also found myself some time to have a throwback to the 80's with the full sized arcade games. We felt very safe in the quiet family neighborhood. Scott has a gem in Goodyear that fit our need perfectly.

This is a beautiful home. Fabulous location for where we needed to be easy to get to anywhere else swimming pool, barbecue games, pool table, had about every kitchen, appliance imaginable available. Very clean and well-kept house and property. Would love to rent this property again if I were in the area.

Clean, cozy and relaxing

We loved this house. When we arrived everything was clean and the house was well stocked with essentials and thoughtful extras. Our family of 8 had room to spread out but the house was perfectly laid out so we could all lounge together as well. Scott was a great communicator and quick to reply to all my messages before and during our stay. We had plenty of privacy but the neighbors were friendly when we drove down the street. Safe neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

Better than 5 Stars!

This property is exactly as it is presented to be. Scott was great about communicating before, during and after our stay. We used the outside area a lot and enjoyed every minute of swimming, watching golf and basketball, eating all meals. The beds are really comfortable and have the softest sheets you'll ever sleep on!! Everything you will need has been thoughtfully provided, from beach towels and sunscreen to every appliance you could possibly think of. We especially enjoyed making fresh juice with the juicer. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some sun, don't hesitate, this is the spot!

Home away from home

A beautiful house that was more than we could have hoped for. Coffee in the morning by the pool, well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed, gas grill in the backyard and a fire pit made the evenings perfect. Two arcade game machines and pool table let us be kids again. Scott was a wonderful host. He communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in periodically to make sure all was well. He even gave us a retirement card welcoming us to Arizona as my wife and I celebrated our first February out of the cold of Kansas City.

5 Star Stay

This home deserves its 5-star rating. The owner is very responsive, answering questions and giving tips on the numerous sightseeing options there are in the Phoenix area. The home was very clean with the kitchen having all the tools to eat in as many times as needed. Our group took in some Spring Training games and tailgated utilizing the cooler, chairs, and bag toss game from the house. It was also March Madness and we had fun watching games poolside on the outdoor TV and then in the game room while shooting some pool. The location is great, easy drive to all of our destinations with gas and grocery close by. Long story short...our group of 6 adults (3 couples) had a great 5-star stay!

Short Getaway

With everything going on with covid-19 we decided it was time for a short break from our every day. So this home worked out perfect and even gave us a chance to visit with family that we haven't seen since the holidays. This home has it all. Great place to relax, enjoy the sun and swim. The only thing is the second king bed is hard as rock and their wasn't enough toilet paper. so bring some supplies. but I can say it has everything you need and i will definitely be back.

Family time

It was a great property, we were dealing with death of loved one when booking and did not pay close enough attention that owner is very strict about no visitors and only 10 people in home max. It is a beautiful home built inside and out to entertain. We had family come into town for sons college baseball tournament and were unable to get together there. We ended up having to us another location for us all get together to have dinners and hangout. So if you are wanting to have more then 10 people definitely not the property to rent. If it's just a few people definitely a great property.

Great place to stay near the Phoenix Racetrack

Very comfortable and clean. We didn't cook, but there were lots of helpful items in the kitchen, like S&P, foil and cling wrap. They provided just about everything you'd need. I forgot Q-Tips and shampoo/conditioner, but they were supplied in the Master bath, along with soap, lotion and mouthwash. Extra touches like that really do make you feel welcome. There were extra pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board, which hasn't been the case at other rentals, and a tv in every room, if you like that sort of thing. Communication was also great; Scott got back to me very quickly when I had a question. The guys had fun with the pool table and games, but the highlight both nights we stayed was the fire pit. Wood was provided, and it was just a great place to hang out and talk. We got lucky in getting this place because someone else cancelled, and we were super happy with the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again, should we get the chance!

WONDERFUL!

I highly recommend this property. It is well appointed with most things you need in the kitchen: waffle maker, air fryer, blender, mixer, bakeware, pots / pans, popcorn maker, popup toaster, trash bags, paper towels, dish washing liquid and plenty of wash and dry kitchen towels and pods for the dish washer. There were spices in the cabinet and what could have been items left by previous renters (just a guess here) like mustard, ketchup, syrup, jelly... I would think it would be each individual's call as to whether or not you used the items. The bed in the master was very comfortable! The rest of the family said all the beds were comfortable. The only thing my husband didn't like is that the master bath does not have a door to close off the bathroom from the bedroom. So if you forget to lock the door to the patio or the door to the hallway someone could walk in and see you in the shower. So we made sure to lock both. I loved that there is a water closet. That is a HUGE plus to any home for me. We rented this home to visit with our children and grandchildren. At times there were only 4 people in the home at others there were 12 (w/ prior permission). The space inside and out was more that adequate. The game room area was a HUGE hit! The pool table is so nice and the game machines kept the kids busy for hours. Just a wonderful home. The outside pool area is great with lots of seating and a great grill area. I could go on but I've reached my feedback limit. Hope it helps.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much. House is very clean updated everything we needed was there, pool was nice and heated. We stayed for five days and really loved it. It had everything from a pool table to games. Rooms were nice. House is really big will definitely recommend people to stay there host was great. Any questions I had he answered.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. We couldn't have picked a better place. The host was communicative and responsive.... and the home left NOTHING to be desired. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and cutlery to make and serve a meal for 7. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, the yard was amazing (pool, firepit), there were board games a pool table as well as arcade games (we had a family Pac Man tournament). The master bedroom is a dream... spacious with a large bathroom. All of the beds in the home were very comfortable with nice bedding. High end furniture and finishes. We will definitely be returning!
