The large kitchen and dining area has seating for 16 between the tables and large island. The well-equipped kitchen has most everything (and possibly more) that you will need including a 12-bottle wine fridge; large toaster oven; traditional drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine; filtered water at the fridge and kitchen sink; complimentary coffee, K-cups, spices, and much more.

There are 2 living rooms, both with large Smart TV's (65" and 86") and Polk soundbar systems. The back living room has a wood-burning fire place, a table with seating for four and a workstation with monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer/scanner for easy remote working.

The beds feature new memory foam mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, two (2) closets and an attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom has two (2) twin beds, a Smart TV, and closet. The 4th bedroom on the other side of the house is 400 sq ft and has two (2) queen beds, the 3rd full bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave sink and Keurig coffee machine, a table with seating for four (4), a Smart TV, reclining couch and access to the patio via the sliding glass door. The 2nd full bathroom is located in the hallway by the first three bedrooms.

There is a large capacity washer and dryer located off the back living room for your use. Laundry detergent is provided in addition to an iron and ironing board, just in case. Vacuums, mops and cleaning supplies also provided.

We have a Graco Pack 'n Play Travel Dome LX Playard available. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to use it during your stay as it is shared with our nearby property.

The backyard was completely remodeled and features a large table on the patio with six (6) oversized, cushioned chairs. In the middle of the yard is the seating area with an outdoor sofa and 4 large chairs around the smokeless fire pit. There's also a hammock and chaise lounge in the artificial grass areas, a Weber Genesis propane grill and a small cooler.

There's plenty of parking for up to four (4) vehicles between the covered carport and driveway and additional parking on the street.
