Located in the heart of OldTown Scottsdale, you're close to the high-end Fashion Square Mall, the nightlife scene of OldTown, multiple MLB Spring Training facilities, and all of the shops, boutiques, and restaurants that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. This is also a few minutes away from the 101 Loop, which provides easy highway access to the rest of the valley.

Living Areas:
This property offers a great open layout with the main living room, dining room, and kitchen being open to one another, making entertaining effortless. Adding to the space is a 75" LG Oled Smart TV paired with a sound bar, making it easy to watch the big game or have a movie night. The versatile dining area accommodates both casual and formal meals, enhancing your dining experience.

Kitchen:
The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up anything from a quick snack to a festive meal. This home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering a comfortable retreat for everyone. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed that pulls out underneath, an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet, creating a private sanctuary. The second bedroom and third bedroom are furnished with one king bed per room, with one of the rooms having a smart TV. The fourth bedroom is the bunk room right off the main living area, which features a full-over-full bunkbed. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway, that can be shared by the two guest bedrooms and the bunk room. There is also a half bathroom located off of the kitchen.

Outdoor & Entertainment:
One of the highlights of this property is the backyard oasis, coming with a private pool, outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, fire pit surrounded by a sectional couch and mounted smart TV, and four pool loungers. This backyard is the perfect size to have small get togethers and enjoy the sunny Arizona weather.

Parking:
This property offers two "driveways" that can both hold one car, as well as free parking on the street. There is no garage parking at this property. Please note, due to City Ordinances, parking is typically limited to a maximum of 5-6 vehicles.

Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
