The Space:

Welcome to our modern and serene three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Scottsdale, the perfect retreat for families, friends, and business travelers. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, blending modern amenities with cozy touches to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.



The master bedroom is a true haven, featuring a spacious closet to store your belongings, bedside lamps for nighttime reading, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Unwind in the luxurious floating king bed, or catch your favorite shows on the smart TV. For added convenience, a luggage rack is available to keep things organized. The second bedroom offers a peaceful, cozy space with bedside lamps and a ceiling fan, ensuring restful nights on its comfy king bed. Similarly, the third bedroom provides a serene setting, also equipped with bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and a plush king bed for your comfort.



The heart of the home, the living room, is spacious and well-furnished, offering ample couches for everyone to lounge on. With its ceiling fan and an impressive 85-inch smart TV, complete with live YouTube TV, a soundbar, and a subwoofer, it's the ideal spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, stocked with all cookware essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, and more. The large window floods the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space to prepare meals. Enjoy casual breakfasts or family dinners with ease in this sunny and functional kitchen.



Step into your private outdoor oasis! The fully fenced backyard offers a wide range of amenities to keep guests entertained. The covered patio is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco, surrounded by lush greenery. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy an outdoor feast at the charming dining table. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, keeping you comfortable year-round. The full bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and premium soaps for your convenience. For longer stays, the in-unit washer and dryer, along with an ironing station, are available to keep your clothes fresh. Parking is a breeze with up to two spaces in the driveway, garage parking for one vehicle with an EV charger, and additional street parking if needed.



Our home is the perfect blend of modern design and cozy comfort, offering everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Whether you’re here to explore Scottsdale or simply relax, this serene retreat is ready to welcome you.



The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, pool may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend pool heating in the months between October to May each year. We recommend a minimum 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool to be heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale/PHX Valley area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

House Rules Required

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.



NO SMOKING inside.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Dog Policy:

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



Please note: Landscaping occurs every Thursday at this property. The landscapers will be working around the grounds but will not access the interior of the home. They should be allowed to complete their work without interference. Thank you for your understanding!



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
