Close proximity to Scottsdale and Phoenix, this neighborhood is known as the Magic Zip Code for its desirable location.

The Space:
Spring Song offers a serene retreat that artfully balances modern comforts with the charm of Southwest living. Inside, the home reveals a tastefully appointed living space that marries functionality with a dash of elegance, perfect for both relaxing and socializing. The kitchen, with its sleek appliances, stands ready for your culinary ventures, while the adjacent living area, complete with cozy furnishings, invites you to unwind with ease.

As the day fades, the backyard becomes a quaint haven, where you can savor the evening by the glow of the fire pit or indulge in a casual meal prepared on the outdoor grille. This home is begging to be the location of your next backyard bbq.

THE HOME
The front drive welcomes you with a neatly landscaped entrance and a towering palm tree, hinting at the oasis that awaits.

Inside, the living area is bathed in natural light, featuring cozy, gray sofas that invite you to relax. Tasteful black-and-white photography and art add a touch of sophistication to the room. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, with stainless steel appliances, white countertops, and a central island with red bar stools, creating a vibrant space for cooking and socializing.

The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, with comfortable bedding and a calming color palette. This home includes three bedrooms and sleeps a total of 6 people:

PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is required and there is a minimum of 3 days of heating.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations.

Dog Friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

This home was the perfect stay over the Christmas break while visiting family. Very clean and as pictured. The outdoor ammenities were fun and the neighborhood is very quiet and restful. We would definitely consider a future stay if we come back to Phoenix again.

Home away from home

Our family enjoyed this location. It was quiet but close to all the necessities. The Bella staff were all very responsive to any questions we had. The backyard was our home away from home oasis. 100% would come back!
