The property was very welcoming, well equipped and clean. POOL ISSUE. The pool was beautiful BUT too cold to enjoy even though we added the heat feature . We had excellent weather (90 degrees). As it was just my husband and I, our main goal was to enjoy the POOL and relax. The pool was SET to 80 degrees PERIOD (competitive swimming temp is 78-80 degrees). We messaged and spoke with the team every day, including customer care and maintenance. Promises were made to send someone out several times. No one showed up. The system is remotely operated so they definitely could have accommodated our request for 83 degrees. The team was polite but scripted. They did not DO anything to remedy this small request. We managed to get in the pool once a day but had to keep moving to stay warm. Leisure swimming and floating requires a min. 83 - 86 degrees. (Industry Standard.) This experience was very unfortunate as the pool was an important factor in this property choice. Sadly, we won't be going back unless changes were made to the pool heat set point (IN WRITING). We have stayed in many properties in the Jan to March timeframe in Phoenix and area and always book great pools! Our experience is that the owners or host is always happy to provide 83 - 86 degrees water temp. This was a huge disappointment for us. We would have ranked this property higher as it has the potential to be a winner IF they raise the water heat set point. Hope that helps all pool lovers!
