We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.

We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via Truvi. This waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

🏡 Pricing Policy for Large Groups
The base price covers up to 16 guests. Additional guests are $30 per person per night. Since Airbnb only allows bookings for 16 guests, I’ll reach out after booking to confirm your total guest count and send a change request if needed.

Please Note: There is a passthrough door from Bedroom 7 to Bedroom 8. Bedroom 8 does have it's own Exterior door that leads to the backyard.
