The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat offers comfort and convenience, making it the perfect choice for families, friends, or business travelers visiting Arizona. With an inviting layout and a prime location, this property ensures a memorable stay for up to 16 guests.



The house next door is also available for rent. It is a 5b 2.5 bath with a capacity of up to 10 people



This thoughtfully designed property features:

- 1 Full Kitchen: 1 from main house and 1 from casita. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, ready for all your culinary adventures.

The main house has four bedrooms and three full baths. The Queen room and Bunk room share a bathroom, and the remaining master bedrooms both have en suites. Bunk room has two twin bunks, one full bunk and two futons (sleeps 7 total) All bedrooms have large closets with plenty of hangers. Full kitchen has slow cookers, skillet, kcups/full pot coffee maker, plastic cups for outside, and glass for more formal dining inside.



The shared backyard includes a putting green, pool, corn hole, and a fire pit (two logs included; inquire about additional logs available for purchase). Yoga mats and free weights are also available for exercise in the backyard.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

- The property has a one-bedroom, one-bath casita in the rear of the property, complete with a full kitchen that is also available for rent. Guests will share the backyard, parking and outdoor amenities but both have separate entrances. If you would like to ensure you have the full property to yourself but do not need to use the casita, discounted rates are available to ensure full privacy during your trip.

- There is a $300.00 fee for any leftover waste from dogs.

- There are NO NOISE DETECTORS in the house.
