Guest Access:
Guests will have complete access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces, including the pool and putting green with the exception of the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood conveniently located right off Bell Rd, with quick access to Route 17.

Getting Around:
While having a car is most convenient, Glendale has a wide range of transportation options. Public transportation available in Glendale includes Valley Metro buses, Light Rail service, Dial-A-Ride, Vanpools, and Express Routes. Valley Metro buses provide frequent service throughout the city, with routes running to major shopping centers and destinations. Light Rail service extends from north of downtown Phoenix into downtown Glendale, providing easy access to Phoenix's popular attractions. Rideshares like Lyft and Uber are also available.

Other Things to Note:
✓ Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
✓ Seaside Sanctuary accommodates 8 guests, excluding infants.
✓ Only registered guests may stay overnight and must adhere to house rules and Host instructions.
✓ Guests should promptly notify the Host of any neighbor disputes or complaints
✓ This is a NON-SMOKING property, including all smoking paraphernalia. Violators face a $1,000 fee.
✓ Visitors permitted, but NO parties or events allowed. Visiting hours: 6 am to 12 am. Violators may be fined.
✓ Keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime (11 pm – 8 am) and arrival/departure, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
✓ Let us know if you would like the pool heated 72 hours prior to arrival (pool heating is an additional fee).
✓ Pool temperature may not reach 80 degrees if outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees. Our standard heated pool temperature ranges from 80-85 degrees. Review "Pool Rules" in the digital Welcome Guidebook before pool use.
✓ Pool serviced every Friday; occasionally on Saturday.
✓ Report damages to the Host promptly.
✓ Trash and recycling bins placed outside on Thursday evenings for collection.
✓ Given our central location, guests might notice some road noise.

~Pet Policy~

✓ Dog friendly (NO CATS) with a $100 fee (plus additional fees & taxes, maximum 2 dogs).
✓ Dispose of trash and dog waste in the provided Dog Waste Station

GREAT GETAWAY

The team that manages the place communicated so well with me throughout the whole process. We had a hiccup with the invoicing but Sean was so helpful and we resolved the IT issue. The house is really nice and wenloved the pool, fire pit, cornhole, and mini golf. This place had everything we need. The toiletries items were a nice touch. My friends and I came down to celbrate our friends bachalorette party and we are already planning to return for a full weekend for a girls trip! Would stay here again.

College Drop Off Stay

We were in town from WA state moving our oldest daughter into GCU - the property location was great (only 17min to campus) and salt water pool was a nightly treat for our 3 teenage kiddos to cool down and have some fun - great property! Kids said only downside was not having tv's in bedrooms at night - not a big deal!!

This property was amazing. Location was close to the freeway and also local shopping. We enjoyed the pool as well as the indoor/outdoor games provided. The owners were fantastic to work with and we will definitely be staying here again!!

Highly Recommend

This was an adorable home that would easily sleep 7. The home was very clean and the decor was beautiful. The beds were high end and the bathroom fixtures high end. The host supplied the typical shampoo etc., but also added new touchbrushes, razors, hair ties, black make up removal clothes and charging stations on each side of the beds. They responded very quickly to my questions and really went the extra mile to make our stay delightful! We will be back!
