Four of the most beautifully designed bedrooms you will find! The master bedroom can sleep up to 8, with four full beds (two bunks) and an attached ensuite bathroom. Right down the hall are the remaining three bedrooms. Two of the other bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the last one has one twin daybed. Each room takes on a fun, unique design, with vibrant murals and wallpaper, a wall of flowers, and bright neon signs. Such a vibrant, yet peaceful design!

Two and a half gorgeous, completely remodeled bathrooms. One is attached the the master bedroom, and comes fully equipped with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone tub. The next bathroom has access directly from the hallway, and is shared by the remaining bedrooms. This second bathroom has 1 sink and a shower/tub combo. The half bathroom is located right off of the living space, conveniently placed for easy access to the main gathering area in this home.

You will be BLOWN AWAY when you walk into this home and you are greeted by the hyper-realistic mural on the large dining room wall. On top of this, the dining room has tons of space and opens right up to the rest of the living area in this home. You will enjoy your classy, 5-course dinners right here in the dining room, right next to the flower wall and fun neon sign (and of course, classy art and decor spread throughout this space).

The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Our home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) and smart locks for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 4

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
