Great location, great place to stay

Perfect location that’s easy-in/ easy-out, and everything we needed was readily available. The beds are very comfortable, there’s room to relax, it’s close to everything we wanted (including just a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale), and the owner took the time to text us to ensure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the property.

The unit we stayed in was clean and well maintained. The check-in/out and communication processes were great! The unit could use a little refreshing, but was exactly as advertised. We did not use the pool/hot tub so cannot speak to that.The location is good for Old Town shopping and dining and for access to the 101. It’s a residential condo association, so it feels less like a vacation spot than an apartment complex, but we spent most of our time out and about. If you want to stay near Old Town and don’t care if you have a “resort feel”, then Maya will work for you!

Great condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Condo was clean, the community was quiet and it is in a great location, so close to everything! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax after sightseeing all day. The communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was close to everything I wanted to see this visit to Scottsdale. More then enough room here and the layout is pretty cool. 2 rooms both having king size beds and having the 2 bathrooms made this place very comfortable. I will definitely be renting this one again. Thank you

Excellent communication! Super quick to respond to all communication. Nice grounds. Nice pool and hot tub. The unit is very clean and presents well. Amenities were all in place. This is an older complex. Inside the flooring and baths and appliances are all rather new and updated. They did very well with the space and layout. Everything is clearly laid out and explained. Sleeping was comfortable. There is an elevator as well as stairs. The only gripe I have is an odor. Not foul but an odor likely of being closed up. Otherwise all went very well and again, communication was excellent!

good. Pool and spa were unavailable during our week due to gas company. Grounds nice. Liked that this unit was at the end of the building so we could leave our door open and get the breeze with no foot traffic past us.

Communication was not great! I was asking questions and they weren’t answered in a timely manner because it was being directed to the Evolve group instead of the host. That being said the place was great. Love s the heated pool and hottub. The beds were mucho comfortable!
