This inviting 1,556-square-foot home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With an open-concept layout and seamless indoor-outdoor living, it's designed for relaxation and connection.

THEY DO NOT HEAT THE POOL, read the full description!I asked to pay the extra fee to have the pool heated and was told it would then when there was told they dont heat that pool. Coming from western washington in March we wouldn't have chosen this house.1st VRBO Ive ever stayed where there is 0 things left in fridge, 0 seran/foil drawer, 0 junk drawer. Wasnt the worst but you count on some of that stuff.The hot tub was icky and couldn't be used the last 3 days of our stay due to unclean appearance. Guessing it'd been a while since chemicals or fresh water.Other than that the house was cute and clean, beds were comfy.

Beautiful home in a great residential area. Master bed was comfortable. Random large stain on living room rug. Kitchen was nice but cookware was very aged and in bad shape. Biggest problem. Rented this property for heated pool (early March). First night pool was heated but next morning pool temp dropped 15 degrees and heat pump went into AC mode. Contacted property management immediately but no one showed up until the next day despite being told they were en route day of. Maintenance man arrived, not a pool guy. He reset and told us it was “due to the night air temps”. At this point the pool was down to 60 degrees and never fully reheated during our stay. Neighbors unheated pool temp was 71. Being refunded pool heating was expected but the experience as a whole did alter our vacation plans and add much unnecessary frustration.

We loved our stay at this home in Scottsdale. The home was comfortable and the back yard was absolutely relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and linens. We were not allowed to enter the home until exactly 4:00 pm, so that was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The airconditioning kept resetting to 75 degrees, even at night. That was way too warm for sleeping, and I kept getting up and moving it back down to a more comfortable temperature. Overall, this was a great home, and we would stay here again! It was close to the Giant's Stadium for spring trainig baseball and was a nice drive to everything we wanted to do.

This property was absolutely perfect! From the time we arrived it was warm, welcoming and super comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing which we utilized daily. It’s been newly renovated with all brand new appliances, televisions and kitchen. Once we went to get our groceries for a week we felt like we were at home in a very quiet neighborhood. If I could give this a 10 star review I would! Thanks for being a special part of our Christmas vacation!

Seems like property was not very experienced in hosting guests. No instruction book, no toiletries like shampoo soap etc. No WIFI instructions so had to use Hotspot Connections.
