Guest Access & Property Use
As our guest at Saguaro Point, you’ll have full access to the entire estate, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. Feel free to explore and enjoy everything the property has to offer—from the putting greens to the private balconies. While we encourage you to take in the natural beauty of the desert surroundings, please use caution when venturing off designated paths, as the terrain and wildlife can be unpredictable.

Mail & Deliveries
Please note that mail and packages cannot be delivered directly to the property. For your convenience, we recommend using a local parcel locker or arranging pickup at a nearby post office.

Maintenance Visits
To keep the estate in top condition, routine maintenance services such as landscaping, pool care, pest control, and trash removal may occur during your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability—please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request. A late check-out fee starting at $500 may apply if the property is not vacated by the designated time.

Hot Tub/Pool Heating

- It is $175/night to heat both the pool & hot tub.
