📄 Rental Agreement

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By completing your reservation, you confirm that:

Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Pets are allowed in select units depending on size, breed, and whether they are service animals. Advance notice is required to avoid cancellation of your reservation.

Les points faibles : Propreté
Had to call to get check-in instructions because they were never sent. A little confusing but we figured it out. Parking lot was filthy and smelled like weed. Unit was dirty, some of the linens were soiled, coffee maker did not work. Blinds on slider would not open completely and couch was super uncomfortable. Area was pretty good - lots of restaurants and a convenience store on the corner. Host was very responsive though.
