Prime! The house has 5 bedrooms (two masters), 3 bathrooms, with a huge backyard featuring a fully remodeled pool. The pool (not heated) was updated with Pebble Tec and to include a nice baja shelf for relaxing/sun bathing in 10 inches of water. We also love hosting kids. Along with the crib we also have a high chair, pack n play, and other baby related items for your use.

This home was perfect for our family during the golf tournament. The size, amenities, cleanliness, baby furniture, pool, just everything suited our needs. Our host was easy to contact and made every effort to make us feel welcome. Perfectly located for downtown Tempe and the golf tournament. A MUST for big families!

Property is exactly as advertised and then some! Very lovely home that is neat, in good condition, comfortable, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to highways so you can easily get anywhere in the Valley. In the Valley for family reunion and everyone had ample room. Outdoor patio was a favorite to relax at night. We will return here when we have our next family reunion!

Graduation vacation

This was a pleasant, well organized, and overall enjoyable experience. Although the hammock wasn’t functional (one friend is an avid camper and would prefer it) we had a blast in the pool and kitchen. This was a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had 12 staying for a wedding. House fit our group, no problem. We did have an issue with a drain backing up, called our host, and she had a plumber there in no time! I would def rent again if we are back in Phoenix Location was right in the middle of everything!

1st Family Trip

When we first checked in, my family was in "awe" the floor plan, the natural light, and the amenities, which were exactly what we needed. Granted, we didn't cook, but we were happy that everything was available if required. The location is great for Brunch, Walmart, Gas, Food, restaurants, and AZ attractions. It was a bit chilly to use the pool. I'm 100% satisfied and will highly consider returning to AZ and choosing this location again. Apologies for not writing in the guest journal (. Awesome stay!!!

Christmas Celebration

This was our granddaughter’s first Christmas. So we invited all of our family and in-laws to celebrate together. The house had everything to accommodate our large group including tons of dishes and cooking essentials. The home is just lovely and the beds are super comfortable. The owner was very communicative. Bottom line, stay here!

Great Stay in Tempe

The place is a great VRBO property. It has all you need as a a big group to stay comfortably. We were there for 7 days and it was a lot of fun. The place is right of highway 60 and very close to the college town and 15 min to phoenix. The house has nice beds, a great kitchen with all the basic cookware needed for a stay.. It had a great sound system that my friends liked. The backward has a play pool, a comfortable sitting area and a grill which we utilized well as the weather was in the 90s. Overall, we wil comeback again.

Just what we needed!

Great house - we stayed here moving in our son and nephew into ASU. Had 4 teenagers, 4 parents. Relaxing, well stocked clean house very close to ASU, within 8 minutes of driving time. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for volleyball tournament!

The Oasis was the perfect spot! The house had great space where we felt like we had our own space as well as great space for all of us to be together. The location was close to ASU campus and the area nearby had everything we needed. Kylie, the host, was quick to respond and helped us feel at home during our stay. The outdoor space is inviting and allowed us to relax when we weren’t watching volleyball!

Family Getaway

My family and extended family (11 of us) traveled/stayed from 12/24 to 12/31. It was a short visit to family nearby and a lively town. A park in walking distance for the younger, energetic kids, as well as things to do at the house itself (kid-friendly). Close to major attractions, including the Phoenix Zoo, Odessey Aquarium, and Medieval Times. Day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona could easily have taken an additional day due to travel time, but Scottsdale was doable. The owner was kind and quick to respond to anything needed - even with the holidays. We would stay there again!
