This home is the epitome of Phoenix living! The great open floor plan, a great backyard space to grill, play on the putting green or basketball court, go down the water slide, swim in the pool (heated option available for an extra fee, $125/night) or relax in our outdoor jacuzzi (heated option available for an extra fee, $65/night), and hangout by the fireplace with family and friends is what makes this place so special. Our Barrel Sauna is a big hit! The entire house is equipped with the essentials for your gathering. We also have gym equipment in our garage for those who want to stay on track during the break!

WATER FILTRATION: Arizona is known for having hard water. To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with under-the-sink Reverse Osmosis System which you will certainly enjoy!

LAUNDERING: guests have access to laundry detergent to use the washer and dryer machines in the house.

RULES & FAQs...

GUEST COUNT

- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The number of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions. Max 8 guests.

POOL HOURS
- 8 AM-10 PM. You can still enjoy the backyard, but be respectful of our neighbors and keep it quiet :)

HEATING TIME

-Pool and jacuzzi should be heated by 8 am or a little later. It all depends how cold it was the previous night. The heater will shut off at 10 PM. We require a minimun of 2-nights-in-a-row for the pool.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS

The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS

- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guest's rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

QUIET HOURS

- Outside quiet hours from 9:00PM - 8AM

EARLY CHECK IN?

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival, and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?

- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?

- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.

IS THE POOL/JACUZZI HEATED?

- YES! It can be heated for an extra fee of $125/night for the pool and $65/night for the jacuzzi, 2 days minimum.

CAN I BOOK FOR 1-2 NIGHTS?

- No. We have a strict 3-night minimum.


CONTENT TRADE?

- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTING?
-Both are prohibited

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!

- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of God, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest and please DO NOT tape any decor to walls with wallpaper on them.

High recommend! It was an oasis in the desert. Beautiful house and property tucked away, yet still 20 minutes from everything Phoenix. Families had a wonderful time and the host was super helpful, sweet and communicative.

Can we give it an 11? This was the perfect destination for our active family of 6 on a holiday trip to Phoenix. We loved the hot tub and put the basketball court & putting green to very good use, too. Indoor sitting area was comfortable for Roku TV usage and we also got a lot of playtime on both the pool & foosball tables. Location in the Foothills area was pleasant for easy access to local parks (pickleball, golf, disc golf) and we appreciated having shopping centers with grocery stores & restaurants under a mile away. Dedicated office space in the house was convenient for those who needed to work. We also appreciated having access to washer/dryer. Lorena was a very helpful host, quick to answer all questions. It's not a matter of if we'll be back but when!

Perfect Rental in Phoenix

My family and I stayed for a week, and it was one of our best vacations ever. The property has everything you need, from pool, to hot tub, to golf and basketball there was plenty to keep us engaged without ever having to leave. I also want to point out that the owner was super helpful and responded quick when I had any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Ideal Family Getaway

Our family has stayed at countless VRBOs over the years, and this one is most definitely a top contender! We wanted a place that had lots of options for fun and relaxation in the backyard so traveling elsewhere wouldn’t be necessary. From the hot tub and pool with slide to the basketball court and putting green, we made many memories and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The sauna was such a unique bonus; we loved it! Communication with our host was excellent and the house was beautiful. The location was very conveniently tucked into a lovely neighborhood close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. If we return to the area, we would definitely book here again!

Wonderful stay and amazing host

Overall we loved the property and Lorena was very accommodating and communicative. I really only had a few issues- the beds were very uncomfortable because of how hard the mattresses are. The rug in the family room seems very old and dirty. I do understand that it has probably not been replaced because of the proximity to the pool and jacuzzi. The last issue is that there were plenty of pool towels but not enough wash cloths and dry towels. I just washed the towels when needed thanks to the washer and dryer available. We had a wonderful time and think that Lorena was a wonderful host. Thank you so very much!

Great house for golf trip

Amazing backyard

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard is incredible and kept our family entertained. The basketball court and the hot tub were the biggest hits. Lorena was a fantastic host! She was extremely responsive and helpful. We appreciated all of the welcome items and supplies made available to us. We had issues with the pool heat/spa heat one day but Lorena was quick to resolve them. The house is spacious and well-equipped . The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the tv in the master bedroom. We enjoyed nearby activities such as horseback riding, an amusement park (small but fun and no line ups ), a trip to downtown Scottsdale and an indoor trampoline park. We appreciated having shops, Starbucks and restaurants only a few minutes away. It was our first trip to Arizona and a memorable one for our family!

Stop scrolling! This home has it all!

AMAZING
 we had our previous booking by another owner to cancel unexpectedly 1 month out and we stumbled on this incredible home in Chandler that is in an ideal “very nice residential area” complete with pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball court, home gym, and very nice and clean bedrooms and baths! Lorena is exceptional at responding and providing information! We will be referring others as well as booking in the future! 😊

Best Stay EVER!

This property is AWESOME! It had lots to do, very comfy, homey, and clean. I didn't even feel like I needed to leave, we had everything we needed right there! And the host, there are NO words to describe how amazing they were! VERY good communication and went over and above to make sure our stay was great! I will refer this listing and definitely plan to return. This house was absolutely perfect for the rest and relaxation we desired!

Friends trip

We had a great time ! Most of our time was spent enjoying the backyard (mainly the pool , slide, and hot tub). The house was stocked and clean with enough space for the four of us. Communication was very fast and thorough. Our only complaint was the ants that were poolside our first day. However , pest control was there the next morning and they significantly improved after that !

Great Home

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great plenty of things to keep our family entertained. The adult kids had just as much fun as the parents did. The location was perfect for us. Far enough from the city for a small town feel but close enough to enjoy great restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion would be to provide more towels. We had 6 people for 5 days and ran out quickly.
