Description
Welcome to Perfect Staycation! Located in a quiet community in East Mesa, you'll find all you need to settle right at home. Close to Hwy 60 and all the shopping, dining and entertainment you'll ever need. The entire one-level house is carpet free and has a light, modern vibe. Private gated backyard with grass turf, 2 car attached garage & neighborhood park down the road with basketball court.

Perfect staycation is your perfect home away from home. This beautiful open-concept property is perfect to gather all together in the comfortable living room with a large sofa with HD 4K smart TV to watch a movie or just chill. The kitchen provides all the necessities needed as well as upgraded stainless steel appliances, while the dining room provides room for 6 guests at the dining table, plus 4 stools can be used at the kitchen bar. This pet-friendly property has a doggie door that leads to the fully fenced yard. You can also enjoy the backyard with a fire pit, and a back patio with a table for outdoor dining using the grill to have an old-fashioned cookout.

Family-friendly neighborhood with a park on the corner with a lighted basketball court, an extremely convenient location next to highway 60, and lots of major shopping/dining/entertaining.

The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us as it seemed like all of our destinations were less than 15 minutes away, yet tucked away in a nice neighborhood. It was very roomy for our family of four. It was very clean and the decor was so cute. We appreciated having the grill, the bean bag set, and the fire pit.

Everything you need is provided! Its in a great location and the host is great at communication before your check-in. I am not going to knock a star off but the couch did smell very strongly of dog and Febreeze spray but the location is pet friendly so I cannot blame them too much.

Overall great stay, house was beautifully set up with lots of space and nicely furnished. Only down side was the dishes did not seem clean when we pulled them to use them, especially pots. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this location!

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here, it was clean and was the perfect place for our family! Conveniently located close to Gilbert and Mesa with everything close that we needed for shopping etc. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes available. The only complaint I would have would be the loudness of the neighbors at all hours of the night (there was even cops over there around 4am)- this is totally out of the home owners control and our stay would’ve been perfect if the neighbors wouldn’t have been so loud. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit family next time!

Very good vacation home in Mesa/Phoenix

We stayed in the house for 8 days (Family with a four year old and 2 year old). The house is very beautiful and offers everything a family needs. The Kitchen is good equipped, the room for the kids is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. The house has a very good location from where you can reach most of the things to do within 30-40 min max. The community where the house is located in has a playground for children and also the next bigger one is only five minutes of a drive away. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice home in nice neighborhood

The home was very clean and welcoming. It was fully furnished with dishes, cooking pots and pans, utinsels and even some extra goodies like a waffle maker and crock pot. The only thing that did not meet expectations were the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The bedroom with the bunk beds was okay, just small. The bedroom with the sofa bed was disappointing. The couch bed was small and had a pull out underneath but in my opinion would not comfortably sleep to adults. The master bedroom was very nice with a very large comfortable bed. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and I would definitely consider staying there. Jamie, the point of contact we had was very helpful and thorough as well.

Magnificent Mesa house

I loved that this house was so close to hwy 60 and so much shopping and dining. The kids loved the bunks, the puppy loved her own door and I loved the comfortable king bed and Netflix! The house smelled good and was clean and decorated so cute. The neighborhood was quiet a full of fellow walkers. Kara was an attentive, great host!
