Come enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom house w/ separate office and upstairs game room w/ pool table! Take a dip in the sparkling pool or lay out in that Az sun! Take advantage of the fire pit area, BBQ, and outdoor games like corn hole with friends and family! All TVs are smart TVs to watch all your favorite shows and games! The game room is has an amazing pool table and many games to play with friends or perfect for the kids as well!

There are three large bedrooms! The Master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and has TWO walk in closets! Other rooms are spacious with queen size beds. All bedrooms have smart TVs, extra linens and pillows, everything to make you feel at home! Hotel amenities in the bathrooms like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, makeup wipes, razors and shaving cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bow dryers. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal or eat in! Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap.*Please do not take the pool cleaner out of the pool or mess with any of the pool equipment.

Well kept house. Very comfortable house. Lots of space to relax inside and out. TVs in all rooms. 3 full baths. Excellent washer and dryer. Owners suite is spacious. Very convenient location. Pricing for length of stay was very good. Owner was very accessible.

House is in a peaceful neighborhood, great location with lots of nearby gas stations, Walmart, and close to the interstate or has a good alternative route from many areas if you don’t want to use the interstate. Pool is perfect, backyard area is good

Everything you need is there. Plenty of towels. Pool was clean and refreshing. Neighborhood was quiet. Busy road behind house, so can get loud during the day when outside. Thermostat is programmed to not go lower than 74 but there are ceiling fans in every room so it was cool enough.

Great home for a family gathering

My family and I had our first ever family get together and it was the best time ever. The home was stocked just the way you would hope it would be. It was clean and full of things to make your stay enjoyable. I would happily rent this home again!

Family vacation 2025

Property was nice. Lots of things for the kids to do, Pool, Pool table, Corn hole boards, firepit.We had issues with not enough toilet paper and paper towel left at the property for 8 people for 5 days. Kyla did bring some more TP, but we still ended up purchasing more TP & paper towels. Kitchen could use some better nonstick pans and not enough mixing/serving bowls if you made sides to serve with meals.The floors were not cleaned well, our whites socks were no longer white. After being there 1 day, I wiped up a sticky spill on the floor with paper towel and the paper towel turned black. Spot wiped a few more areas and the same thing happened. The grandson spilled a pop upstairs and wiped it up with a white towel. The Owner complained that the white towels were soiled, hence dirty floors. The dining room and patio furniture were VERY cheap. Chairs were wobbly. Anyone over 200#'s had to be careful to sit on them. Owner charged me for a broken/chipped chair and soiled towels......Suggestion for owner, buy better quality furniture and make sure your cleaning crew is doing a good job.

Home rental for wedding weekend

The home is lovely and is able to accommodate 10 people, although not all sleeping areas are private. The one piece of constructive criticism I would give is with knowing that large groups are going to be there, have plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee for your guests.

2 month winter getaway

The house has lots of room with all the comfy's of home. Nice big kitchen for cooking in and grills outside. The fire pit made for relaxing evenings. The pool is beautiful and clean but too cold to swim in while we were there.The beds were comfortable, the master was big. Kyla responded to our questions instantly as she has some smart features for the house. The neighborhood was quite, the location is safe and close to lots of shopping. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

Great North phoenix location

The size of the house was great. Super spacious for friends family and get togethers. Had a great fire pit in the chilled weather. Loved the layout of the house and the double living rooms. Good location to the highway and North Phoenix activities. The host was super easy to deal with and communicated quickly.

A perfect family home

We enjoyed staying at this place. Place was well kept and close to all basic amenities. We were provided with basic groceries to begin with the very first day which made it easier to adjust. Additionally, the view around it was spectacular. We can definitely revisit this place again .

Perfect home!

It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Clean, roomy, and the pool was great. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Communication was immediate and the check in was easy. Location was great for getting around and area was safe.

Phoenix house

Overall the property was nice. However, the description said there were four bedrooms with five beds total in the bedrooms. This was not the case and someone had to sleep on a hide-a-bed. Not what we expected. The showers leaked in both the upstairs bedrooms. The coffee filter was missing from the coffee pot. And the downstairs bedroom has not end table or light by the bed to use when reading, etc. Also, a light on the end table in the living room would be nice instead of everything being overhead lightning. The tops of the shower curtain rods need wiping as do some of the baseboard and other edges around mirrors and light switches. We really did enjoy the pool and having a garage. The living space was ideal but no the bedroom descriptions per the listing.
