The perfect home to gather with my adult children as they flew in from 4 different states to welcome our missionary home! Proximity to Sky Harbor airport and the zoo made the location easy for us. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our dinner, and the bonus Italian gelato was absolutely a welcome & delicious surprise! Thank you! The owner is amazing, attentive, and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Great location! You can walk to the stadium and walk to good food (Oliver’s and Eleanor’s) or get a spicy margarita at Carlsbad Caverns. Hot tub was hot on arrival and we had so many great places to hang out at the house to talk/read/ or work.

DO NOT BOOK – Unsafe, Unclean, and Deceitful HostThis was the worst vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. I confirmed with Gianni twice that we could drop off luggage early, yet when we arrived, a woman and her kids were still living there. We overheard him asking her where she could stay in the meantime—completely unprofessional.At 5 PM, we arrived to find the fridge full, the bathroom dirty, and a pair of men’s boxers in the master closet. Then, at 6 PM, a stranger unlocked and walked in. Despite seeing us and our luggage, she ignored our questions and left. We no longer felt safe.I called Gianni twice—no answer. VRBO initially agreed to cover a transfer but required me to speak with Gianni first. He showed up unannounced, offered 150, and when I stepped inside to discuss with my group, he vanished. When I finally reached him, he agreed to a full refund but then ghosted me. VRBO later reversed their decision, refusing to relocate us.Gianni then lied, claiming we dirtied the place and planted the boxers. He even admitted, “Let me know how soon you can leave because I need a place to stay.” To top it off, the Ring camera doesn’t work.We left, fearing for our safety. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never experienced anything this unacceptable.

Amazing stay!

Place is in a quiet part of town but very close to all of the great places in Scottsdale and Ubers are a decent price!The place was very clean and was much more spacious than we thought it would be. 9 adults fit with plenty of room. Owner is very good at responding to issues if they arise and trying to find a way to fix them!

Good time overall

It was a nice stay overall of the house pretty much looks like the picturesThe location of the property was excellent. Ease of check-in was also great. Cleanliness, however, could use a little work. Although the owner claimed the property was cleaned prior to us arriving, there was a bit of dust to be found, hair in the bath tub, stains on a bedsheet and a pillow case in one room, dishes in the dishwasher, items in the washer and dryer, missing ceiling fan remote, and overall not quite up to out standards as far as cleanliness. In top of that, there was no extra toilet paper and hand soap was not refilled. We ended up purchasing our own rolls of toilet paper and paper towels for the stay. Owner did ask if we wanted reimbursement, we declined.

Amazing property

This home exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean and open floor plan and the master “wing” was amazing. The pool and patio area was perfect to enjoy the hot weather during our stay. Host was very good with communications and the check in was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Lovely Home I’m a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this prestine home with comfy beds, nice kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub and games. It was just 5 minutes to Old Town and easy access to freeways. Wi-Fi took a little bit of work, but hosts quickly helped. Highly recommend.

Super convenient

Everything was convenient, the checkin, the floor plan, and especially the location! Clean and recently updated house, but not without blemishes. Lots of bedrooms and sleeping space, but could use a half bath. Host was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! I had my wedding guests here after our ceremony. It was spacious and perfectly beautiful. Side note for Scottsdale, apparently it’s illegal to have a loud speaker in this city regardless of time. Other than that I would 10 out of 10 stay here again
