Host was wonderful and easy to reach during our stay. Any questions we had were answered very promptly, even accommodating an early check-in. The house was also wonderfully spacious for our 10-person visit, meaning everyone had their own bed. The location was also ideal for all activities in Scottsdale.

Miriam and Lance were very accommodating. We came for MLS Next Fest. Drive to the field was not bad at all. Love how close to Old Town the house is. House was very clean. In close proximity to a park which was perfect for running. Pool and hot tub a great addition. Overall a wonderful experience. If we come back would definitely book again. We stayed at the end of September and it happened to be unusually cool and rainy...so when the air conditioner wasn't working the first night, it really wasn't a problem. The host had someone on it right away the next morning and it worked great afterward. The home was clean and the sleeping set up worked perfectly for a low key girls weekend. The pool was warm and inviting, although the crazy weather didn't allow us to take advantage as we would have liked. Overall, the location was great for our needs and it was a good stay.

Very dirty air vents, one rack in dishwasher, no knob to start dryer, broken toilet paper holders, dust on all baseboards, fire pit didn’t work, bar-b-q didn’t work, Had planned on grilling big family meal and they didn’t get back to us until it was too late! The lights in kitchen. All flashed like strobe lights the last 2 days, several bulbs out on night stands. It just wasn’t ready for rent when we got there

Overall, the home was very nice & spacious!! There were a few broken things, like towel hanger, sliding barn doors and a mal-functioning washing machine. Host was able to get an appliance repair company to come same day & have that fixed. Hosts are VERY PROMPTLY responsive. Would stay again.

Clean, stocked and as advertised. Perfect for our group of 9. Check in and check out couldn’t have gone smoother. Yard had everything we could ask for and beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great for group

We had a group of 19 women staying here for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect for what we needed! The communication was great and any questions I had were always answered super fast, and they paid great attention to details that were really helpful for our group like the massive fridge and a bunch of extra air mattresses.

Quick Getaway

Property is very nice. Area is close to everything. Only issue we had was the Master Bedroom was converted to 2 separate bunkbeds so you are not getting what you would expect. The other bedroom is small and tucked away. It has a small bathroom as well.

Disappointed in a not so Luxe property

We chose this property due to the heated pool, the firepit, and an outdoor grill. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated (broken heater that the owner didn't know about), the firepit was out of gas, and the grill had only enough gas for one meal. Before our stay I communicated clearly with the owner to ensure the pool would be heated as there are many places offering heated pools. The property also was 'well loved' by a previous renter with trash remaining throughout the yard, an overflowing recycling bin, a broken light shade,burned out lightbulbs, and an outlet falling out of the wall. While the property owner communicated promptly, it definitely wasn't "Luxe" for us, I'm not sure why the renter has to tell the owner everything that is wrong, and no compensation was offered despite the shortcomings. I'm disappointed.

Overall everything was good 
 even though we had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish cleaning and it was past check in time . And the pool was not heated like they had told me and the jacuzzi was dirty with a musty smell which I had to take matters into my own hands and clean it myself .

Beautiful, roomy, open concept home. The home was clean and provided key needs. Lots of sleeping and hanging out space. The backyard is all you can ask for from a heated pool, hot tub, games and plenty of space.

Exceptional Stay: Clean, Convenient, and Amazing Value!

This property exceeded my expectations in every way! The house is even more stunning in person than in the photos—spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was seamless, and the self-check-in process was made effortless with clear, detailed instructions. The neighborhood is fantastic—extremely safe, quiet, and close to everything you could possibly need, including great restaurants and attractions. The surrounding area is lovely, and parking was never an issue, with plenty of spaces available nearby. Everything in the home was spotless, and the level of cleanliness truly stood out. For the price, this place offers amazing value, combining comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay. The backyard was the highlight—complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and a cozy gazebo with a fire pit. We loved the covered patio with an outdoor couch and dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Amazing Stay, I definitely recommend it!

Wow this house is incredible! I had the best stay here! The backyard had everything we needed, it felt like a mini resort. Hot tub, heated pool, loungers, dining area, outdoor couch area with TV, furnished gazebo with fire pit, the works! Inside was super comfy too! The couch is huge, the beds and sheets all were really comfortable. Lance was super responsive! And the house is in a great area, right in the heart of old town! I highly recommend staying here!
