Near Scottsdale IMPRESSIVE 4bd room home large lot with temp controlled pool


This centrally located 4 bedroom, 2 bath resort style home has over 2000 sq ft of living space and sits on a 1/4 acre lot fully fenced to roam free and enjoy with friends and family. This property has more to offer than meets the eye. Pictures don't do it justice! We invite you to relax in bedrooms inspired by Paris, Greece, Asia, or the African jungle with themes of Jumanji.

Within 20 mins to PHX airport, Glendale Cardinal Stadium, Peoria and several spring training stadiums. Near North Scottsdale, Old Town, minutes from Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Barrett-Jackson auto auction, Waste Management TPC golf courses, Shopping & dining at Dessert Ridge and several areas for hiking and so much more.

Amenities include the following:

Entertainment: board games, foosball, large outdoor connect four, corn hole, mini golf, ping pong, and 412 video games to choose from the arcade system. Heated pool, gazebo, lounge chairs, umbrellas, life vests and pool floaties. BBQ grill, outdoor TV to watch the game on the covered patio or at the gas firepit table.

Come inside to get away from the summer heat with dual AC and ceiling fans in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal for your guests down to the spices!

Master Suite has a King size bed , walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.

Guest Suites have Queen beds with closet space

Kids safari playroom and bedroom has a Twin over Full with twin trundle bunkbed.

A queen air mattress bed is available. Please request in advance.

A child pack and play, mobile crib, baby monitor and even a kiddie dual outdoor lounger to make sure they feel extra special!

Heating the pool in the fall/winter is expensive. Pool Heating fee is $105/day

There are exterior cameras in place for yours and our safety and to protect our home and the liability of owning a pool. The exterior cameras in front (ring doorbell & driveway) and in the backyard (near patio pool coverage and back corner of the home facing the pool direct) are only monitored if a complaint is brought to our attention or an emergency occurs. They are NOT to invade your privacy. Covering or tampering with them at all will result in early termination of your lease. If you’re not comfortable, this home may not fit your needs.

HOUSE RULES:

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM

· Tenant agrees to leave the premises & its contents in the same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.

· The occupants shall not: exceed the sleeping capacity, use the premises for any illegal activity, cause damage to the premises or to any neighboring properties or other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. Quiet time hours are 10:00pm(MST-AZ) and 8:00am(MST-AZ) .

* If using the BBQ grill the grill must be turned off after every use, to prevent a fire hazard.

*Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house. Breach of Smoking or Pet Policy will result in immediate termination & $450 fine per policy breached will be charged to Tenant

* A minor is defined as any person under the age of 23. We require at least 1 member of the party to be 23 years old.

*Report maintenance to us so we can handle it accordingly and swiftly.

*Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises reserved includes access to a pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the pool/community pool and patio areas

*Booking must match the correct number of guests on original booking. The maximum capacity of this house is 10 people.

IMPORTANT: When leasing this home, you agree to waive all liability and all children must always be supervised at all times especially by the pool. There are exterior cameras in place for yours and our safety. In the event of an emergency, these cameras are a must for insurance purposes. They are not there to invade on your privacy and covering or tampering with them at all will result in early termination of your lease and immediate forfeiture of your deposit.

Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home for our family of 6, including 4 boys ranging in age from 8 to 15. The house was incredibly clean and lots of space. The outside area though was the BEST. So much space and seating, with amazing shade in the hot afternoon sun. From the pool to the putting area, my boys had so much fun. Drivable to many fun locations around Phoenix/Scottsdale and beyond. The host was very quick to respond both leading up to the trip and a quick question during our stay. Had so much fun that we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic Home with Great Living Space Inside and Out

Michelle’s home is fantastic and exactly as depicted in the listing and photos. The home has multiple comfortable areas to relax inside. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’d need if you chose to eat every meal at home. The outdoor area is the true gem. A beautiful pool, lots of space to play or throw a ball, and multiple seating areas. Check-in and communicating with Michelle was very easy. Our family of five would happily stay again!

Perfect for our family

Our family had a great time at this property. Everything was perfect and as advertised in the listing description. It was very clean and well stocked on the essentials. We loved the back yard area, including the heated pool and all of the games and activities. The check in and check out process was laid out very clearly and communication with Michelle (owner) was superb. We plan to stay here again on our next trip and would highly recommend to others.

Relaxing Vacation

We had an amazing experience! Michelle was so great to work with and very communicative with me! The house was clean and beautiful! Pool was amazing and the yard was clean. The pool guy came while we were there and he was very respectful! We would definitely go back to this home. There is 7 of us in the family and we all enjoyed the home! She had multiple games in the house so if we were not swimming or playing in the backyard, we were able to relax and play games inside.

Everything you need and more

Excellent location, 20-25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, Chase Field, Talking Stick Casino, and Odysea Aquarium. Plenty of entertainment at house also; heated pool, putting green, video games, etc. Michelle responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. It is a consensus we would definitely stay in this home again. Great value!

Perfect Place

I was super excited when I found this home online! So many activities to do right there at the house, we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. Big backyard, that was beautifully landscaped. Was nice and spacious and clean! I do wish the weather was a little bit warmer when we were there, so that we could enjoy the pool more, but the little ones didn't mind! If you are going to be in the area, check this place out!

Couldn't have been better

First of all, the house is beautiful! The owners of the house have thought of every little detail to make your stay perfect. When staying at house that is new to you, it can be difficult to figure things out. The owners have all the switches labeled to let you know what turns on what lights, fans etc. All the remotes labeled to let you know which goes to what TV. It's a small detail, but made life easier for the 4 days we were there. And when there was one small thing we couldn't figure out, I messaged the owner they got back to me very quickly. Even though we stopped at the Fry's Supermarket before getting to the house, the small bakery by the door with snacks came in handy when walking out the door to go golfing. Another small detail that was perfect. The heated pool was perfect to jump in during the brisk mornings while we were there. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the covered, cushioned sitting area in the back yard. We cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. Due to very comfortable beds, we all got a good night sleep ( which is not always the case at rentals ). The house was very easy to get to from the airport. We had many great golf courses to choose from during our stay ( Lookout Mountain was a 10 - Orange Tree was an 8 ). Uber'd into downtown Phoenix one night and was only about a 20 minute ride. Everything you need for stores in the area. We hit The Original Breakfast House on our way out. Top 5 breakfast I've ever had.

My family and I came from Cincinnati for a long weekend. The home was even better than the pictures! We enjoyed the large kitchen, games and had a blast in the pool! Great Vacation Getaway

This property was great for our family. It comfortably housed us & our 1.5 year old. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed including a crib, so we did not need to travel with everything or hassle with rentals. Great Family Getaway

This place was great for our vacation. We had 8 people total and it felt like there was plenty of room. The backyard is amazing and everybody thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Michelle was a great host and very easy to communicate with although everything was so well laid out there wasn't much we needed to ask. The kids absolutely loved the arcade style video games too! Exceptional Property

We had a great week in a beautiful house. The location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit. The backyard had all of the amenities you could ever want for outdoor fun, including a heated pool, complete with floats. Also included were a putting/chipping green with clubs provided, a pingpong table, a pergola for shade when needed, and a firepit table. It's rare to find both the house and activities in one package, but this property had it all. The owner was very responsive and accommodating for any of our requests. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. We will definitely plan to return and recommend for anyone wanting to stay at a fun- filled home away from home. Thank you Steve and Michelle

Exceeded Expectation!

This home exceeded our expectation by far! We had all of our children and their grand mother and we were blown away by all the amenities the home has to offer. It was such a fabulous stay. The arcade games , warm pool, putt putt and the extremely cute and homey Backyard with so many other games for everyone. The home is close to anything and everything you need which made the location a plus! We were minutes from Westworld and Scottsdale which really made it nice also. Amazing Home and Outstanding Host

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO home in Phoenix, AZ and I cannot say enough great things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing hospitality of our host, Michelle. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and was always available to answer any questions we had. The home itself was just as great as advertised and exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool was an absolute hit with our family, and the themed bedrooms were a special treat for our kids. We really appreciated the attention to detail that went into the decor and overall ambiance of the home. One of the best things about this property is its location. It is conveniently situated near the freeway, as well as a great selection of restaurants and grocery stores, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Elegant, flawlessly designed with the guests' comfort in mind!

Pictures might speak a thousand words but this gorgeous property cannot be adequately described even in photographs. From the minute we reserved this property to our check out, Michelle was readily available, welcoming and helpful. As we walked through the unique front door, small gasps could be heard from me, my husband and two cousins...we knew we were about to experience something special--and we were right. Everywhere we glanced, our home for a week was both elegant and cozy with such beautifully designed and themed spaces. We enjoyed staying in the Paris-themed master suite and we were beyond thrilled with more amenities than we would have ever imagined. Michelle's home is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want including a keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea selection, a fun game console that we played throughout our stay, two large televisions with screening capabilities, not to mention the thoughtfully set up kitchen that included a blender, toaster, microwave, BBQ tools, the list literally goes on and on! Stepping foot out into the backyard was a cross between relaxation and recreation complete with a bar and tv, two hanging (and wow were they comfortable) chairs to a heated pool, gorgeous gazebo and games such as corn hole and ping pong, all within a backdrop of elegant lighting. We were constantly torn between wanting to see Scottsdale for the first time and just staying put knowing this was ours for a week. We are so grateful to have experienced this property.

Great Place to Stay in Phoenix

This house is a great place to stay while in Phoenix. Centrally located, so an easy drive to Scottsdale, downtown, and Glendale. Fantastic outdoor space with heated pool, cabana, fire pit, putting green, and ping pong. The fourth bedroom is uniquely decked out for kids and the four we had with us loved the room. Also has lots of arcade and board games to keep kiddos occupied. You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into the home.
