So many rentals in Phoenix aren’t able to heat both the pool AND hot tub consistently but this home delivered. Clean, well-equipped. Location in a Hispanic neighborhood which was great for fruit juices/fresh cut fruit stand at the end of the street and great Mexican restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very quick to respond. Even when we wanted to extend our stay day of, the owner answered my message quickly and coordinated the details seamlessly.

Perfection! Landon’s place is mid-century remodeled beauty as well as comfortable, livable & stocked. We played games at the dining room table, swam day & night in the pool & hot tub, enjoyed family breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen & a short Uber ride the Chase field. Landon is an excellent communicator. It’s a must stay!!

Clean and comfortable home

Our family came to Phoenix for spring training baseball. We enjoyed the home, especially the hot tub and pool areas. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were exceptionally clean. It is centrally located which is convenient for traveling to several ball parks. The neighborhood is a little rough. We had a few concerns, but overall very quiet and calm. The host did an amazing job of communicating and checking in with us throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend the property.

Great family getaway

We had a family get together to see a few ballgames at Chase Field as we all live in different parts of the country. We had six adults in our group the bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The entire house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was wonderful with the pool/spa/bbq. The fans on the patio were so nice while we sat out in the 100 degree temp. Uber was quick and reasonable price to get to field in 10 minutes. Already looking forward to our next vacation and visit. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Place to Stay

Great house with ample space for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Backyard is beautifully done and pool was perfect. Location is so convenient and was easy to get back and forth to Chase Field! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing home near downtown and PHX

The pictures on the site don’t do the home justice. The home is spacious and each room has an ensuite. The backyard and pool were an awesome feature. Home is about 10 mins from the airport and maybe 5 mins from downtown. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here! The place is amazing!

I wish I could give 5 stars but can’t in good conscience. Nice home that obviously gets a lot of use but poor maintenance to appear as it does in the photos. I identified issues to the owner/property manager. They weren’t timely with response and that really affected our overall customer experience.

Clean, Lovely, Updated, Home in Downtown Phoenix!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this property. House is fully renovated, clean, and beyond gorgeous. Pool and backyard area were exceptionally clean and groomed. Turf in the backyard made for a great spot to layout, and the chairs in the pool were a great addition. The property was extremely well maintained, and made for a great host spot. The hosts were very nice and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was working properly and we were using the property to its full extent. They let us book on a last minute notice, and drop our bags off HOURS before our check in time to ensure we wouldn’t have to drag our bags around the Final 4. Thank you for letting us enjoy this amazing property, we will be back! Roll tide!
