This is our second time staying at this residence. Things we love are the cleanliness, availability of items, host responsiveness, game room, and heated pool! They just recently renovated the outdoor area and it is like a little oasis! We will definitely stay here anytime we visit the Mesa area! Wonderful place and host!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The home is quite charming and was comfortable for 5 of us. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including the kitchen, which had all the essentials for cooking meals.The host, Lauren, was also wonderful—friendly and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the house instructions were clear and easy to follow.The location was perfect for us: quiet and peaceful, yet close to a grocery store and gas station. We had two teenagers with us and they loved relaxing on the patio, swimming in the pool, and utilizing the game room. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.

Overall was a good stay. Good communication with the host. They have a portable fan, I wish I used it sooner as the living room / kitchen gets hot, so the portable fan was wonderful to add circulation. Overall a wonderful experience.

Cozy and casual stay with home-cooked meals

Loved the cozy house with both entertainment and comfort. Great communication on the couple of small things we noticed. The kitchen had the basics for cooking meals and we had some great meals relaxing for the holiday weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

Cute and clean little house. Perfect for our family. My kids really enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. The back yard is amazing and perfect for spending time with family. Check in was easy. Coffee was stocked. Beds were comfortable. we had one small problem and Lauren took care of it right away. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Pool was amazing, warm, and clean. Area was quiet and convenient for getting to major roads quickly. House was clean and exactly as the photos showed. The manager/owner was awesome to work with. Super polite and responded to questions quickly and politely. We had a great time staying in the good vibes house. The pool and game room were great. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Fantastic Stay

The house was great, and the pool even better. Clean, tidy and nice appliances. We had an issue with plumbing, and the repair guy was there in 10 minutes, was friendly, courteous and was finished up in less than 10 minutes! Neighborhood was quiet and lounging in the backyard was a treat for all of us from Minnesota! Three weeks well spent!

From the minute you arrive you feel just at home!! We loved how close the home was to literally everything! We enjoyed the heated pool in the cool January night! The host was amazing and communicated with me quickly, she was great! Definitely will be booking this home for future stays.

AMAZING. Had a great stay, No problem at all. Host Lauren was a message away with any question I had. And always answered me, anytime of the day. Great getaway!

Our family of five loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable. Pool and game room are fantastic! It is also very conveniently located, in 10-20 minutes you can drive to do so many things. Highly recommend this to any other families looking for a place to hang out and also to get out and around the Phoenix area.

Great home for first trip to AZ

Exactly as represented online. Clean, comfortable, and a beautuful pool area in the back with complete privacy. Stayed while visiting our son with six adults and everything was perfect. Owner or manager even checked in the first night to make sure everything was ok. Everything was and that was a nice touch!
