The space is very functional, featuring Smart TVs in the living and bedroom, full size kitchen appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge with ice maker, and stacked washer/dryer. The bedroom features a workspace, closet and high end king bed with quality linens. Ceiling fans and ductless AC in both rooms quickly setting the temp to your desired comfort. Bathroom features an oversized jacuzzi tub!

Super convenient location to access highway quickly and traverse wherever your adventure takes you. Walking distance to bus stops, near light rail, bikeable to downtown, plenty of restaurants and activities to do nearby. Encanto golf course and Encanto Park are both within walking distance!
You will have the entire Casita to yourself, it is a fully functioning 1 bed 1 bath unit with full kitchen, full size appliances and full size washer & dryer. Private entrance and no shared facilities everything is for you. Assigned off-street parking spot directly adjacent to the Casita.

Very close proximity and easy access to Downtown Phoenix, Sky-Harbor Airport, Footprint Arena, Downtown Convention Center and many more local attractions.
We are near all the highways and interstates so its easy to hop on Interstate 10, US Route 60, or State Highway 51 and travel anywhere in the valley you may need to go such as Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria etc. Very centrally located to go anywhere you need in the valley easily.
There is a security camera in the carport.
