Welcome to our Desert Cove Retreat. This 2 bed/2 bath condo with a heated pool and a pool balcony view has been renovated and fully furnished.

Located on Stonecreek Golf Course, within walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, O.H.S.O. (a favorite local brewery) & Torchy Tacos, Spring Training Baseball, and the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale are close by, including the famous Camelback Mountain and Squaw Peak hiking area just five minutes away. Spring Training (Salt Fields) is just a quick 15-minute drive!

Hospitals nearby with a 15-18 minutes drive to the Mayo Clinic

THE SPACE
While staying here, you will enjoy a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We have a well-supplied kitchen with a coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), 50" Smart T.V. in the Living Room and 43" Smart T.V. in the Main Bedroom, wifi, washing machine & dryer, and two comfortable queen-size bunk beds and a comfy King Bed in the main bedroom.

Other perks include Youtube T.V., Netflix, Hulu, DisneyPlus, HBO Max, Paramount Plus, and Spotify, all included in the Smart T.V.s. You can rely on solid wifi and a home workspace for business travelers to get the job done remotely.

Our second-floor condo borders a walking/jogging trail surrounding the golf course and condo community. The property has a swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse, gym, and gas grills. The place is excellent for couples, families, and travelers short and long-term for business. Make yourself at home, relax, & enjoy!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the condo, including the pool, gym, hot tub, barbecue pits, and walking/biking paths. You will have access to one covered assigned parking spot and one uncovered.

The Village at Stonecreek.
Arrive at the lush fairways of Stonecreek Golf Club in 1.2 miles. Orange Tree Golf Course is another popular option in 1.8 miles.

Explore the neighborhood’s rich culinary and shopping scene -- Rusconi’s American Kitchen is a favorite for innovative dishes in less than a half mile, and Paradise Valley Mall awaits in 2 miles. Head to OHSO Brewery in 0.6 miles for a hopping atmosphere, cold drinks, and tasty burgers.

The maximum number of occupants per rental is 6 adults, plus their related, dependent children.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. One dedicated covered parking spot is available (space #24). The parking pass must be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle. The parking pass will be hanging on the wall as you walk in the door, inside the condo, and must be returned at the conclusion of your stay to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

Quiet, safe and clean.

It was perfect for our low-key family. Quiet, safe and clean. We loved going for our hikes in the mountains during the morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Great experience and would recommend to families and people that want to relax and enjoy peace and quiet.

Just what we needed!

The location was perfect, lots of easy access to shopping and food. Grocery stores near by. Clean and quiet. The pool was perfect for our young teens and great to lounge. Host was great to communicate with, we would stay again.

Great location!

We loved our stay here! The place was very nice and close to the pool. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The place is a little outdated and the master bathroom sink took forever to get warm water. That was my biggest complaint and not a huge deal. Loved having some things near by to walk to for food and shopping. Very safe and beautiful area. Host was great to work with and very responsive! Would stay again!

Laid back family spring break

The size and location of the unit was perfect for my husband and I, our teenage sons. The boys enjoyed the pool and the hot tub daily (outdoor temps weren’t quite high enough for me). I enjoyed reading on the deck, using the jogging path behind the complex and utilizing the workout room. There are several good eateries within walking distance. Camelback is just about 15 minutes down the road so we enjoyed hiking. We also enjoyed sightseeing in other parts of Phoenix, there is easy access to the highway nearby. The owner provided information in a timely manner and we were very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Desert Cove

We stayed in this condo for two months - Jan. & Feb. We were not able to get the heat on in January and had to message the host. We were then given the NEST thermostat instructions and followed them to a tee, but the heat mode would not come on. Anyway, we survived! The unit was clean upon arrival with the exception of the balcony - very dirty! The unit was cute and had some nice upgrades to the kitchen & appliances, bathroom sinks and vanities, but showers need to be redone. I was disappointed when I opened the oven door. It looked like it had never been cleaned. We were not given a mop or Swiffer to keep ceramic floors clean during our stay, so we had to sweep them often with a broom that was in closet. The rug in master bedroom over the carpet is in dire need of being cleaned or replaced. The brown carpeting underneath was old and torn in two places. On the upside, the location is ideal to many restaurants and golf courses. The community pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center were a plus and well maintained. All in all, the unit was fine, but needs updating. Also, we were not given a mailbox key to be able to get mail. Be sure to ask about that for future extended bookings.

Adorable place. We loved the set up, it was a great size and design for myself and my two daughters to stay. Great location to get to everything we were doing in the Phoenix area. Great response time when we had questions. Close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s so it was great to get our groceries back to the apartment .

Definitely needs work

The owner was very nice on the phone helping us locate the condo upon arrival as it is not easy to find. Be prepared to walk a good distance from the parking lot and then climb a narrow staircase. The kitchen is the best part of the condo - updated and clean. Everything else, though
.. Both bathrooms have NOT been updated and were pretty bad. Rust and/mold all over. The guest bathroom was unusable- filthy and, even worse, has a visible hole in the wall where flies and gnats were flying in and out the entire time. The washer and dryer look like the original units that came with the place in the 80’s - usable but we cleaned both before using. The dryer had a gash on the top that looked like someone had started to carve something with a knife. It’s asked of all outgoing guests to leave the a/c at 80 degrees when you leave on the last day which is way too high. That meant we entered into a humid, musty condo that took a long time to cool down. It didn’t help the a/c vents and air filters located in the ceiling were all filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned or changed in way too long. The main bedroom never cooled to a comfortable temperature most likely because of that. Advertised as a “modern” condo but, aside from the kitchen, it is definitely NOT modern. With a little time and investment with some more updates it definitely has potential. Perhaps college kids wouldn’t mind the issues but we have high standards and found it hard to enjoy our stay.

Comfortable and nicely decorated condo. Great home base for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed having a bunk room and their own bathroom and we enjoyed having our bedroom/ bathroom complete with a large closet to keep all our clothes in one place. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool. It was great to be in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

A tastefully decorated condo that is centrally located - a perfect home base for your Scottsdale/Phoenix adventures! Our family of four enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely home. Well stocked kitchen and high quality linens made us feel at home and the heated and clean pool and hot tub were a nice treat! Hosts were very communicative and accommodating.
