Modern Oasis with Pool in the Valley of the Sun

Recently remodeled ranch-style home in the heart of Tempe provides the perfect launching pad for exploring all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. The house is set on a quiet street with a recently refinished pool and backyard that provide a peaceful retreat, while still being close to everything fun and wonderful that Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer.

The space
All the comforts of home! Each bedroom offers memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. Modern kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you will need including a dishwasher, filtered water/ice maker, margarita machine and keurig
and coffee pot, depending on your preference (coffee grinder also available), overlooking the living room with a 65" TV / media center. Game room off the pool has darts, poker table, Golden Tee arcade game, board games and TV over the fireplace. The newly resurfaced pool and pool deck have comfortable patio furniture, loungers with table / umbrella & a fire pit to make the beautiful AZ weather even more enjoyable. There is also a whole-home water filtration system and washer/dryer available for your use.

The front door has an electronic keypad. A personal code will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
No cable TV, however the TVs in both the living room, the game room and all bedrooms are Smart TVs that include Netflix & Hulu.

Pool has no safety barrier. Guests must exercise extreme caution around the pool and no glass permitted near the pool. All guests swim at own risk.
Noise/patio curfew is 10 PM. We live in a quiet neighborhood and expect our guests to show respect for the neighbors as well as the property.
Late check-outs past 10 AM will penalized, unless pre-agreed to in writing.

Everything about this property was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and full of nice touches. Great game room and TVs everywhere...which made for a great college football viewing experience. We utilized the outdoor kitchen/grill and pool. Coordination with the owner was timely, clear and accurate. Location is excellent for exploring ASU and is conveniently located around several grocery stores and places to eat. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again!

I booked this property to give my daughter some rest and recovery from college life and time to bond. The house was amazing. So comfortable. I needed a kitchen fully equipped so that I could cook her some home-cooked meals and it had absolutely everything I needed. The beds were super comfortable. It was quiet. The pool was the perfect temperature and a great place for my daughter and me to feel like we were at a resort. Communication was amazing. Easy to get in. And the location was right near everything we needed! Grocery store just 3 min away. My daughter dorm, just 7. Perfect. Will definitely stay again.

From the moment we entered until the moment we left, this home was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable and well supplied with items needed in a home. The backyard area was nicely furnished and the pool was a delight and frequently used. The location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and ASU. The owner always quickly responded to my concerns. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tempe.

I met my sister and mother in Phoenix for a few days to celebrate my mom's birthday and we were thrilled to be in a home as lovely as this one. This house was the best stocked of any vacation rental we have used, all the cooking utensils and pans, seasonings, and the greatest margarita drink machine! Beds were comfortable, and space in house was great. There was a fun game room with darts and a great golf pinball machine that we all really enjoyed! But the best of all is backyard! Huge grill, outdoor table, pool that goes to 8 ft., hammock, lounge chairs galore, TVs! Heaven

Wonderful property. I have rented many VRBO homes and this is the most thoroughly and thoughtfully provisioned one yet. Every feature is as advertised and the backyard and patio area by the pool is terrific. Very convenient to shopping and dining and the airports. Felicia was a pleasure to communicate with as well. Like a Good Friend’s House

Staying here felt like staying at a good friend’s house. It was clean and nicely decorated, with a cabinet full of board games and everything we needed to enjoy our downtime. The backyard was beautiful and the grill was great. We had four adults and two kids and this was plenty of space. We loved staying here!

Wonderful Stay
