In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The listing is not correct it’s not a mini mansion it’s just a common house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms nothing spectacular and it’ wasn’t clean omg!!!! My pet peeve is cleanness and it wasn’t I sent pictures and I’m still waiting on a reply I don’t think I’ll be using them anymore!! Sad customer!!!

Didn’t allow early check until 4 almost whole day was gone for the price we paid guest restroom was backed up shower and sink wouldn’t drain , pool wasn’t clean And they kept controlling the air and was so hot had to use floor fans with the crazy heat! Highly not recommend worst stay we’ve had

Horrible experience!

Starts with the front door lock pad not working. Ten minutes on the phone waiting on another code that doesn't work. Ran the hot water side of the bathroom sink for 10 minutes and never got hot. Realized the supply lines to the faucet are installed backwards. You have to turn on the handle to the cold side to get hot water. Next morning wanted to use the pool but it was green with algae. Called the problem in but i'm pretty sure no one came till the next day. Needless to say we were unable to use the pool the entire trip. The tv kept buffering and freezing. Called that in and someone came out the next day to fix but unfortunately it wasn't corrected. So was unable to use the tv in the living room the entire trip. Kept noticing an odor in the kitchen, living room area. Opened the cabinet door under the sink to find a huge metal bowl full of sewage water. We never used the kitchen the entire stay, wonder how long thats been leaking. Smelled gross. I was also required to put the garbage and recycling out. Went out to find 5 garbage cans full of other peoples garbage and recycling. I've called and documented all these complaints with the management company. There solution was to offer me a 100 credit. I would not recommend this house to my enemy!

Great Location - Very Clean

Great rental which includes a little of everything you need for your visit. Very easy check in and out process. Everything advertised was true. Pool guy showed up one afternoon unannounced but was only there for less then 5 minutes. I will caution you there were 2-4 new golf balls in the pool or backyard every day so heads up!

Disappointed

Location was good for our needs. However, there were so many things wrong. Sink leaked, sharp edges on sliding glass door where my father sliced open his arm on it. Not good!!!! Coffee grounds were left in coffee pot upon our arrival. Hot and cold water are reversed in small bathroom. Couldn’t find wi fi password until the last day. TV has no cable so couldn’t have our regular news station. And TV sound is horrible with no sound bar. Pool was refreshing but beware of cameras looking at you on the patio. Master bed is very low to floor as a result I bumped my legs several times on bed frame. AC didn’t work too well in mid afternoon so fans were delivered to us. I could probably go on
.. owners to find new property managers to over see the house!!!

Loved everything about our stay!

we arrived on a Friday, and pool was full of all the plant debris, but it had been quite windy and the pool guy came out the next day. (would have been good to know of his coming as it was a bit of a moment of suprise seeing someone out the back - only a moment) Overall, it was great. Loved coming home with all the laundry done in the great machines! We got full use of the place but still wished for more down time there. Lovely and highly recommend.

Relaxing oasis

Great location with grocery, shopping and Palm Valley Golf course near by. Beds were super comfortable. Layout of home suited our group. Pool was great The vacuum does run from about four in the afternoon to nine in the morning. It was super noisy at first but eventually was fixed. Property backs onto hole two of the north course of Palm Valley Golf. Overall, a great stay.

Very disappointing

One of the girls slept in the room with the bunk beds. After 1st night woke with what looked to be bed bug bites.. She had to double up with her friend in the other bedroom. No other bed problems after that.. Need to have the house fumigated.. Paid extra to heat the pool no problem but apparently you also need to pay extra to clean pool.. so much crap floating in the water and lay on the bottom hated to use the pool. Before posting I gave Vacasa a chance to discusss our issues, they didn’t care to respond..

Very nice!

The house is really nice, very clean. We've stayed in other vacation rentals and had to go out and get all the daily essentials, even toilet paper, because they didn't supply anything. This place supplied it all! We had a very nice stay here. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area

Comfortable home for a long weekend

Spent a long weekend with my family at this home. It is very quiet, comfortable and is well equipped. We really enjoyed the backyard area (pool, putting green, porch and golf course views). It is a small home, but was exactly what we wanted for three of us.

Clean and lovely accommodations

This property was just as advertised. The home was very clean when we arrived and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The master suite is beautiful with backyard access. The backyard has a very nice pool, golf course view, and plentiful seating for entertainment. The putting green was larger than anticipated and enjoyed by all. The beds in the guest rooms were a little too firm for some, but foam toppers would probably take care of that. We truly enjoyed this home and would recommend it for any family! My only issue was that the listing said to contact in advance if we wanted the pool heated. I left messages on the message board but never got answers. I had to call Vacasa then 3 times to finally talk to someone who then confirmed only 2 days prior to our arrival that they would send a maintenance person - this caused me a little stress as I don’t like leaving things like this until the last minute. But the pool was heated when we arrived so all was good. A great property!
