Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
Additional Fee: $20/ night
We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
