This Desert Dreamscape has luxury surrounding all of its 3,300 sq. ft. with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Explore the grounds with its multi/pickleball court, swimming pool with custom-made waterslide and hot tub, basketball hoop, outdoor BBQ, pool table, exercise room, living & dining areas, and pool loungers. The home itself is spacious yet comfortable. It has great areas for everyone to get together and hang out, but also plenty of areas perfect for privacy to read a book, get some work done, or just have some alone time. Clean, luxurious bedrooms are found throughout the house`s FIVE beautiful bedrooms including three rooms with KING SIZE beds and FULL bathrooms exclusively for the room! The other two rooms have two full beds in each. Quality beds and bedding make for a good night`s rest, and we know how important that is when vacationing.

- Bedroom 4: 3 tier full over full over twin set of bunk beds, so 6 beds In the total en-suite jack-and-jill bathroom.
- Bedroom 5: 2-tier queen over full bunk bed set of two, so 4 beds total. A half bathroom is around the corner from this room.
Accessibility: there is one step inside of the garage and multiple steps to the main entrance including accessing to the master bedroom. Most of the patio is wheelchair accessible.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or service pets are allowed`
- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80âs during the colder seasons We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
