Host was excellent. The property was beautiful and clean. I would just say that some areas need to be updated. Some things are aging, like most of the patio umbrellas didn’t open. The diving board was very rusted out.

104 Mesa is spectacular! The pictures are exactly what you get in-person, but it’s oh so much better in real life. From the steam shower and separate bedroom wings to the diving pool and massive backyard, there’s plenty of space for everyone. We traveled with three families of four (12 total) and felt like we had plenty of privacy to kick back at the end of the day. We did encounter a concern on the first day, but the property management team was easy to get ahold of, responsive to the issue, and made it right. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

This property is wonderful and well-maintained. It was perfect for our extended family group to stay for our son's wedding nearby. Absolutely no complaints and the pictures are accurate - it is a lovely, very large, spacious, clean home.

Awesome house with fun for everyone

We had 3 families stay at the house. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and outside. Plenty of activities to keep kids and adults busy. The pool was great and we had fun playing in the yard. There are tons of pool and yard toys on the property. We had an issue with the spa heat but that was fixed promptly.

Wow! Best rental ever!

This is by far the best home that we have rented through VRBO. It is so spacious and clean. Every detail was thought of by the owners from the welcome treats to the shampoo and toiletries they provided. Our group of 8 adults, 1 teenager, a toddler and an infant had plenty of room inside the home to relax and enjoy cooking meals in the huge kitchen. Outside was even better than described..great pool/hot tub, pickle ball court, pizza oven, giant fire pit, grill, trampoline and plenty of seating for everyone. The covered lanai has a beautiful stone fireplace and there are even electric heaters on the ceiling to keep everyone cozy. I can’t say enough good things about this incredible property. It is worth every penny and my family will definitely be returning soon!!

Perfect large family/friend get away

The house was amazing! Great size, plenty of room for large family or friend group. Very relaxing with plenty of outdoor activities such as pickleball, swimming, hot tub, fire pit, and best of all family wiffle ball games! The steam shower in the master bathroom was amazing! The house was very clean, very well kept, and had everything as it was described. Only thing disappointing was the basketball hoop had been blown over and the rim was bent, which our 4 boys were looking forward to playing some hoops. Otherwise it was the perfect family getaway!

A fantastic home

Myself and 10 of my coworkers stayed for a golf vacation, and the house couldn’t have been more perfect for a large group. Ample spacing within and many amenities outside made this a perfect home base for our trip. Couldn’t recommend this property for a large group more!

Gorgeous house!

House was great and met all of our expectations! Teens loved the pickle ball court and we had plenty of room for all. Only downside was responsiveness of host. Always a friendly worker answering calls, but unfortunately actually resolving issues was a challenge. We had to follow up multiple times on the pool heater, dishwasher and other items.

Outstanding Home

This place is amazing!!! It was perfect for our group of 5 couples for a birthday trip, but would also be excellent for a few families. The backyard is a dream. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pickleball, trampoline, and patio with pizza oven. The inside had so much space and the master bedroom is unbelievable. We are already trying to decide when we can go back.
