Accidental Damage Protection:

A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. You will not be responsible for accidental damage or loss to the property up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for damages.

Air Conditioning:

Please note A/C cannot be set below 70 degrees to avoid freezing the system. For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap applies and is outlined in your rental agreement.
