Three of the spacious bedrooms are on the second floor of the home with one located downstairs. The home features four stylish king bedrooms including two that are split-king. Stylish rugs and thoughtfully chosen furnishings and artwork make each room a unique and welcoming haven to come back to after a day of exploring the area. Each bed is outfitted with a cushy memory foam mattress and extra pillows to ensure you have a comfortable sleep during your stay.

This elegant home features four bathrooms with brand new fixtures, including double vanities and marble countertops. Guests will find shower and tub combo's in all of the bathrooms except the master bathroom, which features a full size tub and a beautiful walk-in shower. Each bathroom is stocked with the essentials you need during your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers.

Self Check-in using a keypad and code unique to every guest. Your code will be sent to you before check-in to ensure you safety and security.



Guests also can enjoy a 3-car garage and a large driveway for their cars. Street parking is also available.



Important Notice for Guests: We kindly request that no mail or deliveries be sent to this property, as we do not have key access for mail. For your convenience and security, please arrange to pick up any deliveries at a secure locker or the nearest post office or mail center.



Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!

Other Things to Note:

* Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request for a fee of $30 per hour, subject to availability. If you do not check out on time, a penalty of $100 per hour will be applied. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to inquire about early check-in or extending your stay. Approval for both is based on availability.



* Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Our dry climate and natural landscape make the city highly vulnerable to fires. Using such items endangers lives and property and could result in severe damage, potentially burning down large portions of Scottsdale.



Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.



We will have the pool ready for your check-in however daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this but additional charges may apply.



While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.



Please note that the camera installed is outside the property for security purposes only. You'll have your privacy during your stay.



* Important Notice for Guests: Maintenance Visits

Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, pool cleaning, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.



*For cancellations made outside of Airbnb, please note that we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in our listing. If you're eligible for a refund, please be aware that a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted.



• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
