This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,200 SF playground offers everything a group would need for a perfect getaway. The huge backyard and numerous amenities will keep everyone busy including a spa and heated pool, putting green, yard games, and billiards. Located in the heart of Paradise Valley walking distance from the popular Camelback Mountain and just a 10 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale and the trendy Arcadia neighborhood.

- Sleeping for 16 guests
- Unique airstream with A/C is located in the backyard, offering an additional sleeping space
- 2 car garage for guest use, with plenty of additional parking on-site
- Generous sized and well equipped kitchen

- The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children
- Television: The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs with YouTube TV and you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.

- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Per Paradise Valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense.
- A complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.

Per Paradise Valley Ordnance 2022-03 The Follow Must Be Displayed:
- You must meet in person with the owner of this property during check-in. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

I truly enjoyed my stay with my family, my sister and her family, and our parents. However, there were some downside given the extremely high price we were paying (holiday week).Pros: There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a nice interior layout with bedrooms and then kitchen open to living area. The outdoor space in the backyard was beautiful and the best part! The host was super communicative and accommodating. Location was convenient to both Scottsdale and Phoenix.Cons: It is evident that this is a rental only property as there was noticeable wear and tear (e.g., tiles chipped at front entrance, stains on couches and rugs, very shaky bunk beds, kitchen ovens not closing properly, residue/stains on water lines in pool and hot tub, and pool loungers with holes in them). Additionally, hot water barely worked in one of the showers. These are things I would be more likely to overlook if I hadn’t been paying almost 2k per night.Overall, this is a fine property but I would not stay here again at the very high rate that I paid.

Location! Pool was hot even though it was freezing!

The place is great and we especially enjoyed the central location and view of Camelback from the backyard. Lincoln is a bit busy but from the back bedrooms you can't hear the road and even the from the front bedrooms it's not too bad. The pool heater worked great (controls were a bit tricky) even though it was down in the 30s at night. The house has some wear that is to be expected in a rental. And a few of us loved the firm beds....and a few didn't. All good. Kristi was great to work with and super responsive.

Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed the stay-very good communication with the host. Had a minor issue with hot tub but contacted host and they had it fixed very promptly. Great option for families and close to lots of hiking options! Would stay here again!

Great place for the price

We have stayed twice at this house and enjoyed it both times. It has a good location close to Camelback Mountain and Old Town Scottsdale. The backyard is large with a large pool, hot tub and putting green. It is on a main road but the noise never bothered us. The host was responsive the one time we reached out with a question. A few things that could be improved (not a complaint since we never reached out about these); The trees at the front could be trimmed since it is a bit hard to see out onto the busy road and merge in with traffic. The front door and code are finicky and work about half the time. The hot tub shuts off after 90 minutes and we did not enquire but it would be good to be able to pre-set the time for the tub to heat up so it is hot when we wanted to use it.

House was wonderful for a larger family with plenty of outdoor amenities. Centrally located but on a busy road with some noise in the front facing rooms. Carpet and upholstery in need of cleaning but overall quality for rate charged.

Perfect resort home

Very convenient location in the heart of Paradise Valley. The House is as represented - very clean and up to date with a fabulous back yard. The pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining, and putting green were perfect! It is a relaxing oasis within minutes of shopping, grocery stores, hiking, and dining.

We had a great time!

Two families of 4 stayed - kids 13 to 15. More than enough room for everyone and the Airstream trailer was excellent (one of us had to work most of the time so this made for a great private office). Host was very responsive both before the stay and during the stay. Nice sized pool and hot tub; excellent outdoor area. Location was good as it seemed close to everything. We would book again!

Phenomenal property!

Great property! 13 guys stayed for a bachelor party and we had an awesome time. I texted with the property manager throughout the stay and they were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying at this house.
