Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze from this centrally located Scottsdale retreat. With many attractions within walking distance, you can easily explore the neighborhood's vibrant energy on foot. For longer distances or a fun alternative, hop on an e-scooter or catch a ride with a convenient rideshare service. Golf cart taxis are also available for a unique way to navigate the area's charming streets. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a quick ride, getting around has never been easier.

Other Things to Note:
The LUX @ Craftsman 6-plex is located directly in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The West facing units are in close proximity to other business, but most operate during daytime business hours. Although this complex is built the state of the art sound dampening materials, there still may be noise after dark from the neighboring businesses & street as well as adjacent units.

Parking is limited to what is available on Craftsman Court or any neighboring streets on a first come first served basis. There is also a 5 level parking garage with free parking just one block East.

Each building features two studios that share a laundry room equipped with an eco-friendly washer/dryer combo. Designed for single small loads in a pinch, clothes may need to be hung to fully dry. We also offer laundry valet service for larger loads for a small fee.

While we've incorporated state-of-the-art sound dampening materials into our complex, please note that some noise from neighboring businesses, the lively street ambiance, and adjacent units may be present, especially after dark.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis along Craftsman Court and neighboring streets. Additionally, just a block East, you'll find a convenient 5-level parking garage with complimentary parking for your peace of mind.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

The studio was perfect for our 4-night stay in Old Town Scottsdale. Communications with property managers were clear and fast, entry instructions easy to follow. The unit was clean and bright, with plenty of towels, and a nice array of coffee and tea pods for the coffee maker. Pretty much everything we needed. The location is SUPER walkable to bars, restaurants, museums, shops, and less than 10 minutes to Fashion Square. We found the bed comfortable and the unit was surprisingly quiet, good for sleeping. Two thumbs up from us ;-)

The location was amazing! I was not happy that the kitchen is not really a kitchen. No stove or oven, no dishwasher either. Tiny fridge. The ceiling was low so it the place felt smaller. The listing looked like it had an extra bedroom? Maybe that was my error. The walls were thin. We could hear the people above us talking, walking back and forth, and heard snoring loud and clear. If it weren’t for the location and the great service I’d give it a 2 rating. But again the location was amazing and service was great so give it a 3.5

Great location in Old Town

We loved the location and the bed was comfortable. However, no information about where to park was given prior to arrival and there is not a designated spot. Also our access codes were not updated and we had difficulty getting into our unit. Also, it was a bit noisy early in the morning as the bed is placed near windows below which is an alley. We could hear garbage trucks etc. The fitness room equipment does not work unless you have an ifit membership. This was very disappointing and I wish was stated in the listing. Cleaning person showed up early despite confirming an on time checkout. Communication was pretty good most of the time when we had questions or issues. If I could, I would give this listing 3.5 stars

Outstanding Location

The studio was centrally located in Old Town, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely consider it next time we travel to Scottsdale.
