Bedroom arrangements include a master with ensuite bath, a brown room with a queen bed and dedicated work desk, a green room with a queen bed, and a blue room featuring a queen bed plus a pull-out full bed with extra bedding and pillows in the closet.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The home accommodates up to 12 guests, with an additional charge of $10 per guest per night after 8 guests. No deposit is required, and mid-stay cleanings can be arranged upon request. Please note the pool is unsupervised, and children must be supervised at all times. This is a self-check-in property, and parties, events, smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed. Pool service occurs on Mondays and trash pickup on Thursday mornings.
