The hotel is on a main drag in Surprise and is not too far from several restaurants. There is a good amount of free parking, but it is not limitless--we had to park at the back of the hotel after returning late in the evening and got the last spot! The hotel is clean and crisp, but not fancy. The room was large and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, so no comments there. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. There were waffles, sausage links and scrambled eggs, as well as yogurt, tea and juice. They had apples, but no other fresh fruit. The offered free happy hour was pleasant, with an array of canned beverages or cocktails and wine. There were also free bagged chips and snacks. The hotel struck me as expensive for what it was, but it was not the most expensive property in town, so you could do worse. We would stay here again!
