The Space:
With around 7,000 square feet, this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and amenities, outdoor entertaining that rivals any resort, amazing views and concierge partners that cater to your every need.

Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residences and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, spa, water features, and a covered ramada complete with TV and large area of plush seating. The outdoor area also has resort style lounge seating with large umbrellas and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play some pickle-ball, tennis or a game of basketball? Head on over to the Sport Court. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, horseshoes and large yard area to run around, play corn hole or relax in the hammock.

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. Hozho estate was phenomenal. It was perfect for 24 friends for a long week and plenty of space and activities to do on the property! The only thing was we didnt have 2 twin cots but the property manager was very helpful with getting us air mattresses!

Impeccable Property

Our Executive Leadership Team is able to utilize the different locations throughout the property to engage in strategic planning meetings, team building, and all out fun! The hosts are super responsive and a pleasure to work with!! This is our go-to property for our offsite twice a year for a reason!

Fantastic property

The home was beautiful and just as described. The property management company was quick to respond to all questions/concerns. The home had all necessary amenities. We ended up purchasing a few items that was needed like a new basketball and put put clubs, and darts. The home was quiet but do watch for golf balls. We used the concierge services for lunch and dinner and Chef Bridget Instagram tag bibis_latin_kitchen was phenomenal. Would highly recommend her! It was a wonderful vacation and the perfect place to enjoy daughter's graduation and family all together. If I had to provide any feedback it would be to give back the closet in bedroom that is being used for storage and put a locked cabinet in garage (unlikely used since the openers are not provided) or laundry room for supplies. This bedroom has no closet or dresser for guests which is not super convenient. Also make sure each bathroom had a trash can. Lastly I noticed some equipment needed replaced due to just normal wear and tear, like basketball, put put clubs, and darts. We ended up leaving some we purchased during our stay. Just would be wise to review them periodically. The courts and privacy screen could benefit from some maintenance. We loved the adjustable hoop and lights on the courts at night. Overall a lovely home and wonderful vacation spot.

Amazing Corporate Offsite

This isn't the first time our Executive Leadership Team has stayed at this property, and I doubt it will be the last. This property has everything you could hope for!! After planning meetings all day, they were able to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and engage in friendly competition on the pickleball courts. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book corporate offsites!!

Amazing house

With 15 people (8 adults, 5 teenagers, 2 children), this house has something for everyone! The location is great. The pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts and pool table were always on use. Everything was perfect!

Couples Getaway

The House was the perfect size to fit nine couples. Everyone had their own room. (Although a couple rooms do not have a closet) but wasn't a major problem. The Tennis and Pickle Ball courts were well used by our group, as was the pool and hot tub. Located right on the 10th hole of Orangetree Golf course allowed us just to walk to the clubhouse for golf.

Had a great time at this PAD property and enjoyed working with Sean who was very responsive during our stay. Property was amazing and guests enjoyed all of the amenities. Was impressed thar all amenities were available which is rare for property of this size. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Villa Oasis Paradise

The Villa Oasis could not of been more perfect! We had the most enjoyable time possible. We did not want to leave so with that we will be aiming to come back next year for a golf trip and enjoy relaxing at the Villa! All also agreed that Sean is a great host!

Amazing Property for a big group

Had 13 friends for a golf trip and it couldn’t of been a more pleasant stay. The house has so much room for the guests and lounging and the living room was perfect. Everyone also loved the backyard with the tennis courts, putting green and outdoor grills and pool. Host was incredibly nice and super quick to respond. Will absolutely plan another stay at this house! (Also, we didn’t have to do any sort of special cleaning so alsolutely appreciated that).

Girls Pickleball trip

Sean greeted us on our arrival for a tour of the incredible property. Pictures don’t give the beautiful decor and outside living space justice. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. And Sean is an extremely accommodating host. Our fun Pickleball group will return!
