5 bedrooms offer ample sleeping arrangements & privacy when needed. There is a bedroom on the bottom floor featuring a king bed. The second story of the home features 4 additional bedrooms, including the master with bathroom en suite.

Backyard is fully fenced for added privacy & features a pool (heating optional), BBQ grill, lounge chairs & outdoor furniture perfect for dining and enjoying our famous Arizona sunsets while overlooking the lake!

HEATED POOL is included

While we’ve had no problems thus far, please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

-Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to use the property. Any unregistered guests must receive prior approval from the host before accessing the premises



Boat Rules

-Weather Safety: Do not use the boat in bad weather, high winds, or if a
storm is approaching.
-Alcohol Use: No alcohol is allowed while operating the boat.
-Seat Covers: Keep seat covers on when the boat is not in use to protect the
upholstery from sun damage.
-Prohibited Items: No glass containers, smoking, or open flames onboard.
-Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their use of
the boat.
