Absolute Prime Location!!! Walking distance to the super cute and charming Downtown Gilbert...popular bars and restaurants, shopping, Hale Theatre, Farmer's Market & The Water Tower Plaza Park & Splash Pad. This newly remodeled home is immaculate with 3 bedrooms, plus a dedicated office w/ Murphy Bed, beautiful and relaxing backyard oasis w/ private pool (Has a heater & cost is included!) built in BBQ/Bar & cozy firepit. New super sweet putting green. Brand new washer and dryer as of September 2024. All furniture, accessories, and furnishings are all brand new as of March 2023. Quiet dead-end street too.

Come relax in our newly updated 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 2 full bath single level home with vaulted ceilings and great room concept. We are located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end street in the heart of darling Gilbert with everything this charming town has to offer. You can easily walk to downtown or it's a short drive to sooo much fun stuff to do in Gilbert...or nearby Mesa & Chandler. Even Phoenix & Scottsdale are only a 30 minute drive away! Fantastic golf courses, MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NFL, hiking, biking, boating, and more are all easy access for you at this house.

We have a large, beautiful and private backyard with multiple seating and lounging options complete with a firepit, bar and a built-in BBQ to entertain family and friends. Our self-cleaning pebble-tec pool (heated option is included at NO extra charge ) will make you feel like you have escaped to a tropical oasis. The pool water stays nice and warm here in Gilbert and hovers around 80 plus even in the Spring, making it the perfect place to gather and play on the endless hot days and warm evenings that Arizona provides : ) The pool is professionally maintained weekly for your comfort and convenience.

The interior of the home is fully remodeled and custom designed with brand new furniture, furnishings, beds and linens in March of 2023. We have a modern, spacious, and well-stocked kitchen and pantry, smart TV’s in every room so you can stream all your favs...Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN plus, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, etc. Free highspeed wifi is available to all guests.

It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible so you'll find the house loaded with extras such as a coffee station, blender, toaster, waffle maker,
hair dryer. There’s even a separate beverage/wine fridge available.

Please note that this is a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood (with quiet hours of 10pm-8am) which make it perfect for family/friend gatherings but it's NOT a party house and all noise complaints will be addressed swiftly.

Short and Sweet Getaway

The location was perfect and centrally located for everywhere we wanted to go. The property was beautiful, clean, and super cozy ( especially the bedrooms and beds). We stayed for my wifes birthday and our 20yr wedding anniversary. Hosts are great, and house and backyard are amazing, pics and descriptions are accurate, but everything is way better then expected. We are already planning to come back again ans stay here! amd will book real soon!

Property is well laid out and very functional. Everything was very clean as well. Location is great and we walked to downtown Gilbert most days. Great selection of food and drinks and good vibe. Backyard is private and quite nice. Communication from our hosts was excellent. Would definitely stay at this property again.

A fantastic location and beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The home was beautiful and so warm and inviting. The pool was a great bonus. Although we had to manually remove the cover every day, I’m told this will be rectified for the next guests as they put in a roller bar to facilitate the cover removal. The location was fantastic. So close to eateries and shopping. We are sure to visit this property again.

Gilbert week

We stayed a week with our family (6 total) for a soccer tournament in Mesa and some R & R. The house was perfect--- completely remodeled and super clean. Stocked with everything you could ever need and wonderful owners to deal with. We seriously have never stayed in a more complete, well thought out rental. Will definitely re-visit.

Beautiful Home

Great house! Great Hosts! Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets, dishes, bar glasses, etc. making it so easy to feel at home. The back yard and pool is beautifully maintained, you don't need to go anywhere. Will be back for sure!

Great Gilbert Experience

The house was clean and we loved the layout. They thought of everything from shampoo and conditioner to coffee syrups, all utensils and cookware. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. We would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. A+++++++++
