Located in the heart of Gilbert, this home has been recently renovated and is perfect for the whole family. With a heated pool, basement game room, and a chef’s kitchen, you are sure to have enough space for everyone in the family.

This beautiful home sleeps up to 16 people with 5 bedrooms, a full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, Xbox, and more! Family Owned and Managed!
2600 SQFT Tri-level home, 5 beds, 3 baths, heated pool, and Game Room.

The home has a 75' Smart TV in the living room, a 65' Smart TV in the game room (where you can access your streaming accounts), and ultra-fast Wireless Internet. You will find an Xbox One, Nintendo NES, board games, and more in the game room. The Kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your whole family!

Please note, there is an additional fee to heat the pool ($50/day). In addition to the heater, we have a solar blanket on a reel to help retain the heat. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, please let us know at the time of your booking. :)

Traveled here for a wedding and stayed 4 days and 3 nights with a group of friends and family (11 people total). House was perfect! Great layout and plenty of room for everyone. House was clean, appeared as advertised, and in a great location central to everywhere we went in Mesa/Gilbert. Host was awesome!! So responsive and very accommodating with a couple of special requests. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would love to stay here again!

This property was perfect for us. The area is beautiful and feels safe. Plenty of convenient options for food and shopping. The home was warm and inviting. The beds are so comfy, there is plenty of room to spread out, and lots to do. Everything we needed for cooking was readily available. The pool was wonderful and we really appreciated the heating option. There is plenty of outdoor space in the yard. Communication with the host was easy and any issues were reolved quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely and Spacious

Perfect space for our family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! It was perfect for the young adults to have space as well as parents! We had all of the necessary items and utensils needed to stay in and cook our meals. The host was most gracious and communicative which I appreciated. I also liked that the checkout process was simplified. Most places (we travel a ton) have it setup to a complicated and very tedious checkout process. We will be back for sure!

Excellent stay!

This property was perfect for my family and I to celebrate my 50th birthday party. The space was made for entertaining. The backyard is so charming too. It’s perfect for multiple people to have their own spaces and yet a gathering space. Personally, I loved that there were no TVs in the bedrooms, allowing you to be more present amongst your friends and family. There was nothing missing in this home or property, plenty of supplies, towels, appliances, and all of the extras that you might not normally think about when planning a gathering. It was also very clean and welcoming it smells like cookies!!!!! I definitely feel that it was worth the money Also the owner or property manager was very responsive. Initially, we were going to bring our dogs to the property and last minute changed our minds. The owner was very accommodating. There’s even little supplies for your pets if you forget to bring them with you. So many little details that most might not appreciate thank you so much for hosting this family gathering for me and my friends. It’s definitely a 5 STAR property!!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I enjoyed a lovely anniversary getaway here, and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was our favorite spot. It had everything you could ever need for cooking, and we enjoyed making meals together. The game room was a fantastic bonus. We had so much fun spending time there. The owners were incredibly communicative and responsive to any questions we had, making our stay even better. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable retreat!

SUPERB Property!

Our stay was absolutely amazing at this property! It was perfect for our family trip to AZ to attend a wedding. The home feels brand new and is perfectly decorated to help you feel at home with thoughtful touches to decor and bedrooms. There was lots of room for all 10 family members to spread out comfortably. The property owner was always readily available for any questions we had. Went above and beyond for any needs, such as sending a new iron our way to press our wedding garments!

I'm in love with this place!!!

What a lovely place! It was clean and packed with amenities. It is very much like my own home, so we felt right at home. It was relaxing and stocked with all the commonly used household items: iron, trash bags, paper towns, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee pods- even if you do need something, there are stores very near by that you don't have to get on the freeway to get to. Would definitely recommend!!
