New listing! Experience the perfect escape in this beautiful home, ideally located in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona. With cozy touches and modern upgrades our home features 2 separate living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Cook a meal with the family in a fully stocked kitchen or take it outside to grill at the poolside. The space is located within minutes of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, spring training facilities, Topgolf and so much more! Approximately 28 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Welcome to your vacation! Step into this newly renovated and upgraded space. Be prepared to unwind and enjoy relaxing, connecting and making memories as a group!

As you walk through the front door, you will be entering into the first living room/dining area. Kick back and relax on the power reclining sofas or break out the games to kick start your getaway right!

From the dining area, make a right into the kitchen, and you'll enjoy a well-equipped space ready for you to prepare a family meal. Utilize the kitchen amenities such as the pantry, garbage disposal and brand-new appliances. Start your morning off right with one the 2 coffee makers provided.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms ready for you. 1 king suit, 3 queen rooms. Each room is equipped with luggage racks, touch lamps with USB ports, 43 inch smart TVS, sound machines and ceiling fans. You will also find 1 full guest bathroom and 1 full master bathroom.

Downstairs, you will find 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and the laundry room; which also features brand new machines. The downstairs area is your access to both the front and back of the house.

Now for the fun stuff! Take a step outside and enjoy the heated pool and backyard that boasts a 3-hole putting green, loungers, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating for everyone! Large beach towels are provided. You will also see a deck box, with life jackets, putters and golf balls. Spend the evening with a night swim or fire in the designated fire pit. Arizona sunsets are not ones to forget!

We had a great stay in Gilbert. The house is very welcoming, with 5 good size bedrooms. The main floor has a great layout that offers two living areas and two eating areas, which is accommodating for bigger families. The pool is heated, 85 degrees in January which the kids loved. Our hosts were nothing but amazing with accommodating requests and answering all of our questions. This property will be on our Arizona east valley list for future stays. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was a great gathering place for families. The 5 bedrooms & 2 living rooms made it very comfortable for everyone. The location has lots of street parking. The swimming pool & golf pad was a huge hit with the kids/teens. Communication with the host was very quick & attentive. Definitely a gem for multiple families vacationing together.

Great home! House was clean when we arrived. It was spacious and the pool was very nice and the putting green was a big attraction for everyone Beds were fine and they had plenty of towels for both bathrooms and poolBathrooms had plenty of supplies such as shampoo etc and emergency travel stuff such as toothpaste Plenty of kitchen supplies and a few snacks were appreciated when we got into the home. Host was responsive to a few questions and check in was quick and easy. One minor note is that it was a little noisy in the back yard. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Golf Weekend

We all live different parts of the US and met in Phoenix to play golf and have a great time.The house was perfect. We enjoyed the putting green and the pool was well used by all of us.For us the house was located close to great golf courses and plenty of restaurants and Costco.We will definitely stay here again.

Family winter vacay

The house was a great size with the 5 bedrooms and great living space. The outside amenities with pool and putting green was fantastic for all the family to enjoy. All the basic essentials “plus” were included. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The area was central to all the places we had planned on visiting. We would recommend this to anyone and would look at staying here again in the future.

Great experience!

Our hosts were the best - very responsive, and they went the extra mile to make our stay a happy one. The house is amazingly and thoughtfully stocked. The pool was pleasantly warm, and we even dragged out the cornhole game (provided) for some fun. Be aware that the house is close to a busy boulevard, although the wall mitigates the sound. Would totally recommend a stay here.

Golf Getaway

Brooke was so easy to work with. This property was the first VRBO I rented that lived up to the listing. Said it slept 10 ppl and it really did. Had seating, plates and silverware for more than 10. The outside area was beautiful. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

Home in Gilbert

We had a great time at a family wedding and it was perfect to have this comfortable home in which to retreat. We had a great time with the putting green and talked about doing some swimming but didn’t get that done. Highly recommend this home for future VRBO people!

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful! Brooke was very helpful when we had a hard time with the keypad to get in. And whenever we had a question she was very quick to answer. The house was perfect for our family. We loved spending time in the backyard. They even had the house decorated for Christmas. I definitely recommend this VRBO. A+ all around!
