Very clean home and fully stocked upon arrival. Pool was nice and warm as indicated in the description. Hosts were very quick to responding to any questions from the booking to arrival and check out. They immediately dealt with a few very minor issues along the way. They have service people for absolutely everything.

The house is simple and charming, which is great when you have your pups with you. Easy clean up in and out side. The pool was a huge plus! Especially when the temps were higher than normal this year. The host was easy to work with. They responded each and every time we had questions. Nice location for easy access to grocery stores and some shopping.

Enjoyed our stay

Home was nicely decorated but walls were pretty dirty. Pool and floors were also dirty. There was no vacuum in the pool as noted in handbook (which was prob why it was dirty) and the dryer did not work well. Took forever to dry clothes even after we removed all the lint that was left in there. Other then that, would have rated this a 5. It is located in a quiet and nice area. And check in was super easy.

Family Time

We really enjoyed being able to go get my father from his little room at the home and hang out together as a family and cook and relax. We will be back if we can. The master bed was really comfortable and having the pool was a great plus. We even had our little dog that loved the lawn area. We would have appreciated some lounge chairs out by the pool.

Great home

Quiet neighborhood, close to Bell Rd. Comfortable beds. Heated pool, could use a little shade around pool. Pool was great in the mornings and evenings since it is heated. Nice modern look. Would definitely look to stay there again. About 15 minutes from all the restaurants on P83. Great place to stay if going to some spring training games in Peoria. Two king beds was really great.

Pleasant stay in Phoenix

We had a lovely stay at this property from March 28 - April 3, 2023. Entrance was easy- key code was received ahead of time and there were no issues. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We found that it was just a short drive to anything we wanted- shopping or food. Beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were nice and clean with plenty of towels and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower was really nice. There are separate beach towels available for use, which was nice for the pool. We did not do a ton of cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. We loved that there was a washer and dryer on site with all the necessities to do laundry. This was a huge plus because I hate purchasing laundry soap, softener and dryer sheets because you can't buy them in a small quantity. Same with coffee- that was provided and was a nice perk! The outside was lovely. When they say the pool is heated, it's no joke. It was perfect. Nice and warm! Almost too warm by the end of a sunny afternoon, but I am not complaining at all. There were three nice lounge chairs by the pool. Pictures show four, so if you need four, note that, but it was not an issue for us. We bought pool floaties and someone was always in the water. We did find there were floaties in the closet, probably left by other renters. We left ours as well, so they may end up there as well. You can park in the garage, if you want. Overall, really nice place.

Beware of pricing

This is a great property, but there pricing can change in 30 minutes. I sent family the listing, they all agreed on the price. Because of the system, it went up 149$ per nite in 30 minutes. It says it sleeps 9. Beware it only sleeps 8. WE called property manager John, 5 times, with no response. So we had to purchase, blow up mattress, sheets, blankets. There were only 6 towels, 2 washrags , for 9 people, for 5 days. After 4 phone calls, to the owner, they delivered towels the last day which was to late. At $499 per nite, I would expect towels and beds for everyone. I would not rent from this owner again.

Family Trip

We came to Phoenix with our 3 adult sons and chose this house based on distance to Peoria Sports Complex, number of bedrooms and heated pool. We got that and much more. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where we could walk each morning and is close to many shops and restaurants. The pool was heated and a great place to spend time as a family. The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated that soap etc was provided so that we didn’t have to purchase those items. Any items we needed in the kitchen were there and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen appeared well stocked. Communication with the owner was always fast and helpful. Access to the house was as promised. The only challenge was water pressure. Both showers couldn’t be running at the same time. It just required better planning on our part. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect location

This house was absolutely beautiful. All the beds were super comfy. The set up of the house was perfect for 8 adults. We had plenty if room to hang out. The pool was heated and we enjoy it. My doggies loved the grass area too. There's plenty of place within a mile to shop & eat. Will love to rent again in the future.

Great place to stay!

We had an extended family vacation to visit our Arizona family. This house was described accurately, clean, and met all of our needs. My in laws had room to park their camper, the pool was nice and big and perfectly heated for us Minnesotans. It was easily accessible (location and accessible with a walker) for our elderly grandparents to come and visit us from their assisted living. We were able to uber around town for cheap too. I would recommend this rental to any family and would stay here again!
