This property is a fantastic place to stay for families and friends! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an office with a pull out couch. The house has all updated interior, a fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable living room with a flat screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and movies. The amazing backyard is complete with a private pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table, multiple lounge & seating areas, and plenty of yard games and more.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump. The heat pump will only heat this pool ten degrees higher than the ambient air temperature.

Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ & fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

Enjoyed our stay. House layout was great for 8 guests. Outdoor furniture needs repair/replacement. Outdoor fridge did not work. Great neighborhood. Close to everything and quiet.Would rent again, but limited kitchen supplies. Walmart is close by.

The check in process was very smooth and easy. The house was very clean. We had to cut our trip short because of an unrelated conflict, so we didn’t get experience the backyard. The internet did not work during our stay. Management company was very responsive but didn’t get it resolved during my stay. The furniture, fixtures, and bedrooms seemed more dated than they appeared in the pictures. Great location, quiet neighborhood, which was important to us.

Pros: House was a convenient location to Mayo. Outdoor area was really nice, including pool, basketball hoop, seating, and fruit trees. Nice well maintained home with plenty of space. Side note- host seems fairly particular on having guests visit. We only had 2 people staying in the house, well below number it can house. While they did ok having a small number of people over after my son's surgery (bringing dinner not a party), we ultimately changed plans as it felt like the host wasn't really comfortable with other guests. A little different vibe than I've had from other hosts and I have all 5 star reviews as a guest. Something to keep in mind depending on your needs in a VRBO.

Exceptional Stay!

This house was everything we were looking for to relax & reset. Plenty of room with plenty of TVs and the use of the backyard with the pool & games enticed my family to spend extra time together. The house was clean and well-appointed and the owner response to questions/concerns, when needed was almost instant. The neighborhood was quiet and lent to a very relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend this listing!!!

Perfect house!

We were very impressed with everything about the house. The pictures are great but don’t do it justice. The backyard is huge and provides privacy and a lot of room for hanging out and activities. The home had tons of space and great for the entire family. Great kitchen and living area. Overall excellent stay.
