Wonderful , clean, updated home in nice neighborhood! Well maintained and updated interior. Very clean pool 
 and we need the pool cleaner “Dori” cuz she “just keeps swimming!. Used the gas grill and watching the MN Timberwolves game on the outdoor TV on the fan cooled cover patio was awesome! Used the propane fireplace table also at night under the lights so relaxing! Host responded so very quickly to inquiries I made regarding hiking trails and area restaurants. Grately appreciated! Close proximity to Ocotillo Golf Course with wonderfulGolding experience for some of our party. Would definable stay here again if visiting the Phoenix area

Family together to celebrate Son's Wedding

We had 4 adult family members stay at the house, there were others that visited and enjoyed the pool. The check in process was seemless. We experienced Zero issues with the property. The only thing I would have preferred was a little higher quality pans for food prep. Also, I found it odd that there were 4 separate morning beverage prep devices. Standard drip coffee maker, but no ground coffee. A French press, a mini espresso maker, no clue how to operate that and then an instant electric water boiler for tea. Then in the cupboard there were about 15 K-Cups for a Keurig, but no Kuerig brewer. Again, no big deal, just interesting. We really enjoyed our stay and the kicker is that my wife left a diamond cross necklace in the side table by our bed and Ryan alerted us to confirm it was hers and shipped it to us immediately! Thank you Ryan!!!

Beautiful property

We loved this house and neighborhood! Green space a couple houses down so it was great for our small dog. House and pool were very clean, and had everything we needed for the week! The only drawback to this rental was the traffic noise in the mournings, otherwise fantastic property! Ryan was very responsive when we had questions during our stay!

My wife and I were in between homes and needed a place to stay for a few days. The property manager was quite helpful and we enjoyed the location and home. We would stay there again.

Good location

Pros: great neighborhood. Lots near by including Ocotillo golf club. The kitchen is beautiful, very nice remodel. Lots of counter space, nice for large families to gather. House is open and they had lots of games for game night. Large and bright. Easy check in, instructions were clear and easy. Pool has nice shade in evening. Showers had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Lots of pool towels so that was nice. Cons: there was a severe wind storm the night before we came in. The yard and pool was a mess. Although Ryan sent someone the next day by noon to check pool, we had already spent 2 hours cleaning the mounds of leaves out of the pool. We also cleaned the yard for almost an hour because the leaves kept blowing back into pool making it unusable. The tv in bedroom does not have Wi-Fi or apps, so it’s useless. The main tv only had Samsung plus tv, so it was limited. Back yard is on a busy street so it was a little noisy while in back, but not a deal breaker. No pool floats or toys. Almost zero condiments (oil, butter etc) there were no BBQ tools. We had to wash all the towels before we could use them, they were stiff as a board (literally) I didn’t report that because we were already dealing with the pool situation. Overall: good price, good location, especially because they allow pets. Nice pool.

Great space. Location has limitations.

Overall nice property. Only issues were (1) loud location from adjacent highway and industrial construction zone, (2) no live television stations and (3) limited control of thermostat - it often reset to default settings.

Extremely Disappointed

Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful home. It’s a great size with a awesome location. BUT
 read the reviews. Where should I start
 the first day of check in I found 2 different check in times3 & 4
 we were there closer to 3. The house was empty but we still had to wait until 4. I called a week before and tried to get the pool heated. It’s not an option, they don’t heat the pool and vaguely advertised about that 
 so I’m really on edge at this point. It’s March 2023 and we come home to a freezing cold house. I try everything I can to change it from air to heat?!? I then am greeted by Ryan on text messages and Vrbo messages that “he’s sorry this is so confusing for me” there is nothing confusing about a thermostat that somebody else is running from a different location. I was not allowed to switch the thermostat from air to heat or heat back to air. He had to do it for me insisting that I was doing it wrong, and he was doing me a favor by overriding the system you are locked out of the thermostat other than to change, the temperature. It’s very inappropriate to charge what you do and then do what you do. It took us well over an hour and a half to get the heat up to 72° and I dealt with several nasty text messages back-and-forth to a point where I just had to stop responding. I was greeted the next day by a text message from Ryan stating that it wasn’t him. I spoke to the day before. I don’t believe that for a second. I would never rent from Ryan ever again!

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was perfect for our entire family including our granddaughter that was only 7 months old. The location was perfectly located near the Ocotillo Club house where we attending a wedding. There was plenty of room and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was very nice also. Ryan was so helpful and responded extremely quickly to any question I had. Thank you again for a wonderful getaway.

We enjoyed this house. It was clean and convenient for us. We were visiting family in Sun Lakes, so this was about a 10 min drive. Easy to get into the home and had all the amenities we needed.

Great place, but additional attention is needed.

This was a clean property and worked well for my family to stay. The kitchen had all your essentials, except for wash clothes, napkins, and paper towels. We stayed at this property for 5 nights, and had 5 people stay at the house. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on day 2. The pool was clean and seemed to be maintained well. All of the pool floaties either had holes in them or were broken and the air pump didn’t work. We had plans to grill, but both of the propane tanks were empty. Something to be aware of is this property only has one TV. Don’t expect to check in earlier, I reached out to the property manager and there was no movement in the check in time. We stayed at this property in June, and the temps were in the low 100’s (HOT), we tried turning the thermostat down to 68-70 and it would continually reset to 78. The thermostat was a Nest thermostat with WiFi capabilities, so I’m assuming the property manager kept changing it from his phone. Overall the place was nice, but don’t expect more than just a clean place to sleep and hangout by the pool.

Family vacation

We were down for a wedding at the Ocotillo golf course. My family, which included my parents, my family with small children and my sister's family with a baby. The home was perfect with two different living spaces and 4 bedrooms. We all had a good amount of space to spread out. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything we needed. Check in and check out was very smooth, the house was clean and well stocked. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We all enjoyed our stay!

Nice location

Great location but not very accommodating. We had a golf tee time at 1pm south of town and were just flying into town and they would not allow us to put our luggage and food stuff in the house prior to our round even though no one had it rented the night before. All the stuff had to sit in a hot car for 6 hours. Also a few things were loose like towel racks and faucets and the back yard and pool deck were a bit tore up. But all-in-all an okay place.

Family trip to Chandler

Wonderful stay at a very clean and spacious, well appointed house. Our host, Ryan, was highly responsive. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and higher end linens. The kitchen was stocked with Ăšvery utensil needed for cooking. The layout was nice as a gathering area for cooking, eating, playing games and family activities. Loved the back yard.....used the grill a couple of times. While the pool wasn't heated, our 5 year I'll still used it. Wonderful vacation in a wonderful house! Thank you Ryan!
