We really enjoyed staying at this home! The house, the neighborhood and the backyard with its pool and its natural hillside privacy made it a very relaxing and quiet retreat. We loved how open the floor plan was and especially the spaciousness of the master BR and the family room/kitchen area. Everything was in good working order and added amenities like the patio rollout awning are a plus. The house is tastefully decorated and was thoroughly clean. It is supplied with all of the kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. that we needed. We had one tiny surprise when a battery operated lock on the owner's storage closet started chirping. Mike, with the property management firm, immediately responded and took the time to personally come to the house to fix it and charge it. All was good for the remainder of the stay. If we would have had time to extend our trip, we would have! We'd definitely try to reserve it again if/when we return to Phoenix.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We enjoyed the comfy atmosphere. Swimming was wonderful and everything was easy to find. Loved that there were books and games, along with beautiful and funny artwork. Definitely recommend

Sweet retreat

This home is a perfect spot for young and old alike. Accessibility is great for older adults and the split floor plan creates the perfect divide for teenagers. Amazing backyard for lounging. The home is older and wear is noticeable but by no means a deal breaker. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity!

Wonderful Property

We loved this property. It is a very quiet neighborhood, with wonderful areas for walking. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard with the rock wall, beautiful landscaping, and pool waterfall. The house was well supplied with paper products, soap, detergents, kitchen utensils, and appliances.Our only concern was the master bed. We both rolled to the center and did more cuddling than usual, could be a good thing :)We were 2.5 miles from our son and his family and we certainly hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Property and Yard, but


This was a well appointed house and yard. There were a few issues that caused me to lower the score. The bed slats were broken causing a very saggy bed and made sleep impossible in the primary bedroom. There were no hairdryers, if they weren’t provided a heads up would have been appreciated. The TV in the den was impossible to turn on, perhaps instructions would have helped. Finally, although Monday of the property, the neighbors were very grumpy! At 7:30 pm they began yelling over the fence for us to “shut up” and then got quite rude. We were having a normal adult conversation with our family. Sadly I feel the need to mention this in case anyone wants to use the backyard!

Mother/Daughter Vacay

This is a large home in Ahwatukee. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful. The landscaping needs a little touch up as things are a bit overgrown, but still, this is a paradise. You will see hummingbirds, butterflies, lizards, etc., outside and on the rock wall. The home is comfy and was very clean on arrival. People need to remember that this home is a short-term rental so yes there is some wear and tear. Fridge needs to be replaced or fixed. As mentioned by others the doors do not stay shut. The water dispenser fell off the door the first time we opened it to put away groceries. I did report this to Vacasa. They get back to you quickly with any issues or concerns. You find nice starter packs of hand soap, dish soap and pods, washing machine pods and toilet paper. (*Note the coffee machine takes cone filters.) We did find lots of mouse poop in the garage so opted to park in the driveway. We did bring our own pool toys, since I was told there were none. There was no umbrella to use on the patio area which would be a nice addition. There is a wonderful Baja shelf that with umbrella shade would have been so nice to sit and relax. Again, this home is in a nice, quiet, clean area of Phoenix. A very relaxing home.

Really did love that property. Unfortunate the house has been rented to people that did not care about the property. I took pictures of the property that had stains in carpet, blinds that did not work or was missing. Supposedly the owners get money for damages or missing things were never fixed or replaced my owners that were paid by clients that did the damages. The door going out to the back had screws in the door strip that stuck out which was very dangerous for children , older or any age. There is mouse poop all over the garage. The digital lock on the front door was very difficult. We treated the property with the correct process and realize it was valuable property. We had a great time by the pool when it started to cool down from the high heat in AZ. We were there for a funeral the our best friends from the military. I still say that we had a great time to have family together.

Happiness in the Desert Foothills.

This is a gorgeous home in one of the quietest neighborhoods. The backyard is like being on a tropical island minus the island. It wound up just being my husband, myself and our two Yorkies. We are grateful to be able to bring our canine children to this home with us. Many thanks to the owners. Hope we can return one day. This home spoiled us.

Extraordinary Rental

We were supposed to be in a different rental for the month of March, but that home went up for sale. We really lucked out getting this home as a replacement. From the moment we walked in, you can tell the home is well maintained. Private, quiet location. Experienced no major issues. As others have mentioned, you have to be careful to make sure the refrigerator doors are completely closed.

Gorgeous property- management group failing.

Gorgeous home, gorgeous pool. Issues we had: Refrigerator unplugged when we arrived, pool vacuum not working- unable to use for sort of out stay (entire reason we booked this property), not enough pool towels for 4 guests, no spare hand towels to use (there for 4 days, no extra towels provided), no salt, toilet paper like sandpaper, given 1/2 a roll of paper towels for 4 days, no napkins, no salt, no coffee provided, the coffee filters that were given don’t fit the machine causing it to leak- hard to clean up with no supplies provided. We rented a home so we could cook. There’s no Tupperware or ziplocks to store left overs in. When you travel almost 1,000 miles you expect some basics to be provided. Really disappointed in what was available. I’ve rented a few home properties before, never had a problem with not having enough supplies before. Only with this property.

Home is spacious but cleanliness could be approved on. Clothing from previous guest was still in the home. Floors, vents, and walls were dirty. Bedding, towels, pillows were not comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Enjoyed the morning walks. We have stayed in better VRBO homes I would not choose this home again.
