Discover a vivid nightlife teeming with live entertainment, local bars and exciting dining options, Scottsdale Links Resort boasts well-appointed accommodations with private patios, relaxing swimming pools and hot tubs. The resort is a true desert oasis, perfect for any type of retreat.

Discover the comfort of our spacious one bedroom accommodations featuring a king size bed, queen bed, and queen size sofa bed in the living area and full bathroom with bath and shower. Enjoy the convenience of our full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and many other modern appliances. Accessible features include kitchen with low counter tops and ADA equipment (Oven range, dishwasher, microwave), grab bars around toilet, roll-in shower and handheld showerhead. Each accommodation offers a separate dining room, private balcony/ patio, telephone, iron/ironing board and air conditioning.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a daily $23.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $300 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $23.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes activities, BBQ grill(s), board game rentals, business center, fitness center, hot tub access, in-room laundry, local/toll-free calls, playground access, ping pong table, foosball, corn hole, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Scottsdale Links Resort by Diamond Resorts is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport which is 25 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests.

*** Parking Policy ***
Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
No smoking inside including electronic cigarettes, unless if it's in a designated area. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

*** Other Notes ***
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.
