Welcome to this STUNNING designer retreat located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Beautifully designed, this property offers comfort and luxury during your stay! The spacious layout, king beds, double sinks, and wine fridge make this unit so unique! Explore Old Town with the best shopping and dining options Arizona has to offer just a short walk away or relax by the resort style heated pool, hot tub, or dry sauna! Golf courses just around the corner and many more within a few minute drive!
This designer full remodel is walking distance from Old Town and located in the Villa San Marcos Community. Purchased and furnished in September 2023 the unit features all brand new furnishings and decor!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances, double wine fridge, and all the kitchen gadgets you might need during your stay as well as spices for guest use. Table seating for 4 and counter seating as well. Coffee bar features a Keurig and drip coffee pot as well as a supply of coffee, tea, and creamer during your stay! Walk to Fry`s grocery store 2 blocks away and your set!
Sleep on the award winning Casper King mattresses during your stay! Both bedrooms feature a King bed, double night stands, dressers and comfortable cotton sheets and luxury bedding.
The primary suite features a 55 in smart TV, an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, double sinks, and newly tiled walk in shower. You can step directly outside to the patio from the master into the fully enclosed, cozy, back yard.
Guest bedroom features a dedicated working space, patio off the front, and large closet as well!
The living area features seating for 5 so everyone has a comfortable spot while relaxing in front of the 55 in Smart TV. Off the living room you will find another patio door that walks out to a shaded patio and grilling area in the fully enclosed back yard.
The resort style heated community pool is set to 85 degrees - all winter long - and hot tub is right around the corner and features a large heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and large community room with pool table, ping pong table, card table, and community library.
The products we supply in the home such as shampoo, condition, body wash, lotion, hand soap etc. are clean products without harsh chemicals or smells.

This property is located in a residential area in Old Town/Downtown Scottsdale. The area is very safe. You will find many people walking, biking and on Scooters in the area. Fry`s grocery store is just a short walk away and there is a strip mall a couple blocks away with lots to offer as well as Fashion Square a short distance away. This neighborhood is ideal for travelers even if they donât rent or have a car.
